3 Brothers Handyman Services

Hired 3 Brothers to replace a ceiling fan and bathroom light fixture along with replacing light bulbs in fixtures that are at an extreme height over the stairs. Eric sent me an estimate that seemed reasonable. He was actually able to come the next day to do the work. He was also able to put in a door lock for me that I asked about after he got here.

The jobs were very well done!

We hired 3 Brothers Handyman Services to install a ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms. It was a new install, not a replacement fan.

It was very easy and quick to communicate with Eric. The quote we received was very competitive and we didn't have to wait too long for the next availability.

Tony came to do the install and it was a challenging job (for reasons I don't understand due to my lack of knowledge around the technical details) but Tony did it and did it well! Tony made sure to cover up the bed to protect it from dust and debris and then cleaned up impeccably after the job was complete as well.

My husband was very happy with the work. We have already started discussing what other projects around the house we can hire them for!

It has been years since my husband's bathroom had been completed. Looking at it now, I realize the craftsmanship and care that was given to that project. It was a job well done.
I can say that because my husband cut corners with the remodel of my bathroom. I had to micro manage the completion. The grouting was bad and I wish they would have advised me on my choice of tiles. It is now that I see all the small imperfections that I confirm the quality of work done on the first bathroom. Maybe it was payback for slamming the husband's bathroom project.
My bathroom had to have the toilet dispenser redone by my husband, the towel fixtures on my bathroom were fixed by the guys, and I later found that the cabinet was broken on the inside cross section. The cross section is something I missed. There wasn't much I could have done on the tile and grouting because the person who they contracted fizzled out in them and they completed the long project. I even had the elder father working on my bathroom! I wish I could remember their names so I could let you all know to 'Stay away from them!' That's it. If I find their names I will add them later."

Returning client - always extremely happy with the work done. This time, there was quite a bit of work that Eric did for us: replaced all our undesirable CFLs in the kitchen to LED (16 in total), swapped out some fixtures and lights and replaced a shower fixture that involved going into the wall and repiping. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience hiring Eric to install new flooring and replace 90 degree piping into sweeps that was leading to my washing machine overflowing when it drained as the pump seems to have more horsepower than my car.

I really appreciated that Eric got the job done in only 2 days, so only one day without hot water as he also removed and replaced (and added a few things to) the hot water heater. He had told us it would be about 5 days, so I really appreciated the underpromising/overdelivering he did. I also appreciated how when the washing machine continued to overflow he kept coming back to adjust the piping. He came back twice and after the second time he told me there must be blockage and that I could either shell out more money or just try to clear it myself, and Eric, if you are reading this, I did it! No more overflow! I ran a snake and used two water bladder things and we can finally run our washing machine without pausing it 5 times as it is draining! :)

Also on his 2nd time back I had him install an awning which he did an excellent job with as well.

It is nice to know I have someone I can hire whenever I need something done or installed around the home.

I requested a an estimate for a kitchen remodel and a few other remodeling projects around my home. Eric came out to the home and walked around with me while I explained what I needed to have done. He made a few good suggestions for my projects and I will be taking that advice. I'm unsure if whether or not I'll go with 3 Brothers, since I'm also expecting quotes from a few other places, but the price did seem a bit high.
