5/12/19 rental car was broken into and the company states they have 24/7 surveillance buts a lie! Avoid at all cost

DO NOT PARK HERE! 3 cars were broken into today and parking garage has no interest in putting cameras in place. I suspect there maybe someone in security is smashing into the windows and stealing electronics including other valuable items.

Never park here. Our enterprise rental was broken into despite this being an enterprise location

DO NOT PARK HERE. This garage was awful. There were 2 people living out of a car on the floor where we parked and clearly had been there a while. (Yes, we could have chosen another floor but also did not want to be next to all of the other cars and be at higher risk of being hit)

The elevators were tiny, dirty, dingy and disgusting. There was what looked like spray paint (or maybe blood? I don't know....) on the side of one of the elevators that may have dripped and dried. Clearly, it had been there a while and the garage had not removed it. Shows how little they care about the property maintenance.

There are other lots in the area with similar rates with Parking Panda, Park Whiz, etc. - I would recommend one of those or taking public transportation. You'll be much happier....

AVOID THIS LOT!! Left my enterprise suv rental for less than 6 hours, it was also broken into. Found some of our luggage and things in the nearby stairwell. No security at all... BEWARE!!

I had a parking space reserved at this facility for the upcoming weekend. I booked it through SpotHero. Got an email yesterday from SpotHero saying that the parking garage had cancelled my reservation. I can only conclude that the parking facility realized that, due to the Fleet Week events this weekend, they would be able to charge outrageously high rates at the entrance and make way more money than they would have for the reserved spots. Greed at its finest!! Do not bring your business here! Looks like they get all one-star reviews which they deserve!

Do not park here. The machines to pay malfunctioned and charged us $30 for 4 hours when we selected to pay $35 for the whole day, then when we talked to the guys who work there about it, they were rude and told us that was impossible and it was our fault. The whole lot is unsafe too, people sleeping in their cars and a very sketchy environment. Park somewhere else!!

Never park here. We left our car here for 6 hours and it got broken into. We saw another car got broken into as well and the manager told us that a few other cars had been recently broken into as well. The manager was not helpful and it took for beer to get a response. Never again.

AVOID. Multiple cars were broken into during the time I left my car here yesterday -- they left smashed windows and glass everywhere. No personnel on site -- just self-pay machines where you enter your stall number and pay the fee in advance. Even though it's less expensive than some other garages in the Fishermans Wharf area, I will never risk leaving my car at an unmonitored garage again.

Bad experience. As the other reviews here, my car was broken. Lucky they stole only one bag pack, but broken window, etc. Called the garage management - no answer. There was a lady working for enterprise car rental on same location. I asked her if she knows somebody- the lady was very cold and nasty. Asked me if I was reading the sign, that said not to leave valuable items. And it's my fault. Just avoid the place.
