Cant recommend them enough! They are not just a pest control company, they actually specializes in rodent proofing. I have the first try to Orkin who does general pest treatment at my home but they were not effective. If you have any rats or mice problem 360 are the best!

I requested service early last week and later that day Ilay came to visit to provide an initial estimate for the preventative services we were looking for!

The next day, Chris (foreman) and Alexander worked thoroughly and quickly around our entire property. Ilay came at the end of the day to confirm that the work was professionally executed and complete and he provide a detailed description of the warranty and difference 360 would make for us.

We called and Tom arrived to perform a free inspection, he was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed about the situation and what needs to be done. After they did their blocking treat they came back twice for follow ups and inspections to make sure the house is rodent free, and overall we are very satisfied with the service provided by Tom and his entire team, thank you guys for doing a great job.

When we started hearing rats in the walls, we knew we needed professional help. But we are anti -poisoning . So enter 360 rodent control .
Eli came in and found all the vulnerabilities in the house. They have a great multi- step plan to keep the critters out without harming ANY other wildlife . It's definitely an investment, but worth it for peace of mind . recommend!

Jake came out and did the initial assessment and gave me a quote. I was very impressed with his thorough inspection and his knowledge. We set up an appointment and the team was right on time, with one pair dealing with the attic and the other team sealing entry points so more mice couldn't get in. The first checkup is today, and they will do as many checkups as it takes to insure all mice are gone. I am pleased with the organization and professionalism of this company.

Technician came out. Didn't do a visual . Didn't give me a quote. Telling what a construction worker need to do before he can give me a quote

**Update: Lee reached out to me right away and apologized for what happened and offered us a few things to try to make things right. I expressed my desire to keep up my honest review because reviews like this helped me when I was researching. I am impressed whenever a company owns up to their mistakes and he extended our one year warranty to 5 years and provided a refund of 200$ towards the damage that occurred with our floors. I appreciate the gesture and I think they will work hard to communicate better with their workers in the future

Original review: We discovered evidence of a rat in our home and got a few quotes from different companies and 360 was the most affordable but still quite pricey. It seems the entry point was a hole behind our oven that led to our crawl space. They closed up the hole and left a trap behind the oven. The overall initial service did rid us of our rat problem but I took off two stars because a) they offered to paint the crawl space door and after calling repeatedly they still never came around to doing it. b) when I asked them to come out and remove the trap behind my oven which was causing a gap they badly scratched up my floor moving the oven back and also left tiny cracks in my tile backsplash from pushing it back so aggressively. Overall I would just be very wary of having them move things and try to ensure everything gets done on the day of initial service. It has been a couple months and still no rats so at least there's that! I expect that I may have problems down the line with the crawl space cover they created.

Gaz came out and provided free inspection, was profession and courteous. At the end, was an "rooftop" rodent problem so just need to trim tree branches that was growing too close to roof. He didn't find any issues in attic. Didn't try to upsell and simply addressed my immediate concern. Appreciate it.
