I got a Tacoma for my son for an Xmas surprise and wanted to get new wheels and a hitch thing. I really had no idea what exactly I wanted and Matt explained all my options to me and helped me pick out great wheels and a hitch! He and all the guys who helped me were so knowledgeable and nice! Fantastic customer service and great products!!

I found a new store to by accessories for my new 4x4! I also found one of the most gracious, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional parts representative named Adam!!!
I needed some steps for my new truck so Mary didn't have to climb in or jump out. Online you will find an ocean of steps with many ways to install them. I could probably put em in, right? Those who know me would wager that I could, only I couldn't! In fact, I thought Adam sold me the wrong stuff! I'm not always smooth when things aren't working out but Adam did! His cool and calm took my adhd right out of the equation. That is nearly impossible to do but Adam pulled it off. He summed a master 4x4 mechanic to show another mechanic (me all my life) how simple it was. OMG YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! I ate instant HUMBLE PIE! What else could I do? I came home and wrestled them on. Unless you have a lift, , you're on you back, on the ground, literally wrestling the step assemblies into place, while bolting things up. I got 'em on and man, my wife is going to LOVE them! Plus, they look soooo cool, just like they looked on the wall at the store. Needless to say that Adam and 4 Wheel Parts is where I'm going and who I'm seeing every time I need anything 4x4 for my truck!

Second time going to 4 wheel parts in Oakland. Dave helped me out with my truck. I had new suspension installed at a different shop in Fremont. Took the truck to dealer for routine service and discovered the sway bar end link was installed upside down on one side and both sides missing a nut.

Ford dealer fixed the end link but still needed the nut. David took a look at the truck and ordered required parts. Had the truck in the next morning and took care of it within 10 minutes and back on the road.

Superb service from David. Easy going, helpful guy. Will not take the truck elsewhere from now on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks David!

I took my 2023 Silverado Trail Boss in a few weeks ago. Had some ideas on wheels and tires but after working with David, decided upon some Black Rynos and Recon Grapplers. Also he suggested putting on the Ready Lift Leveling kit. They got the parts in within a week or so then got me in and had it ready by end of day. Have about 700 miles on now and had up in snow country and performed excellent! I stopped by their shop yesterday as I was in the area to make an appointment to have them re-torque and check everything. I didn't get the gentleman's name behind the counter, but even though they were very busy, he got me in immediately and I was back out in 30 minutes. This is how customer service should be, all too many business seem to have forgot. They have a long term customer now.

Went to them when I was ready for new tires, rims and a lift for my Jeep Wrangler. Andrew really helped me make decisions that balanced function with design. I was thrilled with the result. He also went above and beyond when we initially couldn't find a full set of rims that I wanted. We contacted multiple places and put together a full set.

About a week later there was a grinding noise, and they got me in the same day to assess and make adjustments, as I was about to drive across country. I appreciated their responsiveness and support from beginning to end.

Also, as a woman, I was pleased that I didn't experience any judgement or condescension for questions I had. This isn't always the case in more traditionally male dominated spaces. So thank you for that as well!

Jaime and Adam and Matt went way beyond the call of duty and made sure my lift on my 4 runner was done right and corrected any previous owner garbage parts. They actually stand by their work and parts and I know they got my back with any issues and truly care for their customers. 4 Wheel parts Oakland is the place to go for amazing service and fair pricing with top quality staff.

Was looking for a couple of nuts and I went to the Chevy dealership and they didn't have anything,so I went to wheel parts in Oakland and they had the 2 nuts in stock!!!

I just bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from a private seller. I was told I possibly needed new tires. I googled a place that had specialty tires since I have off-roading tires. I was taken care of by Adam. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything I needed to have done and answer my questions. I ended up not needing tires. He was honest about mines just needing rotation. I had other issues that he explained were more pertinent. He was also able to work with me on the price. Overall, great customer service, low wait time and quality parts / inventory. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Pete & Dave to the rescue! 4 wheels parts lifted leveled, put rims and tires on my 4Runner in 2021. About a year ago someone stole one of my center caps of the rims. Needless to say I waited to buy a new one and once I decided to purchase online I was unable to find one. I decided to call 4wheels parts and Pete was amazing! He was able to locate the exact center cap in the store. Dave was able to help me with the screws for it. To say they were the best is an understatement. Amazing service and so professional! Highly recommend
