A bit of a confusing spot. Sign outside says $32 for all day parking, but inside says $40. The staff is a bit on the ruder side and they seem like they hate being there or simply hate you.

I guess your car should be safe as it's in a private garage, versus ones in the area that anyone can go into.

Overall, not the worst experience, but staff has a long way to go with customer service.

The small pony tail man got very upset with me since my cars rear view mirror broke off as I asked prior a long time ago if this was okay and they agreed it was fine. One day after receiving my car back I noticed for the first time my car was making a very loud ticking noise. Come to find out my engine was misfiring due to a single spark plug being pulled and broken off. I speculated this was caused by the small angry pony tail man that was very upset and rude to me about my broken mirror. I later verified by a mechanic that it was pulled off on purpose now I have to get this REPLACED! DO NOT PARK IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN! Please learn from my unfortunate situation. There are way better and SAFER ones.

Often times in the early morning/late night the staff have been sleeping in cars forcing other customers to wake them up to get their car back. Very sad to see other customers having to do this.

Sensational parking experience. Most handsomest and fastest valets in San Francisco, I come to the city once a year for two things, to eat nasty street food, and to park my car at SF City Parking at 520 Mason street. When I park my car at SF City Parking at 520 Mason St. my car is where it was destined to be parked, at SF City Parking at 520 Mason St.

The only thing good about this garage is the location. It's not on a super busy street and it's right near union square.

You arrive and exit through one entrance. The garage seems a bit crowded but they have an elevator that staff will use to transport your car either lower or higher, not sure which one. Staff is completely rude and not friendly at all. Makes you feel great about leaving your keys with them. To be honest, self-parking in the city is really all I trust to do in garages like these and unfortunately you can't do that here.

I highly recommend pre booking your parking spot on ParkWhiz, because I prepaid for $25 but their drive up rate is double that and definitely not worth it.

On August 24th I arrived by 8 am for the early bird parking. I went to pay for my parking with a 100 dollar bill. In which Matt told me he didn't have change. I kindly told him I can go get change right now. He then told me no and that the only way I could leave my car is if I paid $40 later. I said I didn't agree with that but I would be late for work if I didn't accept his terms. On my lunch break I went down to pay my early bird special. Matt became very angry and told me I was pissing him off. When I returned to my car my car smelled of cigarettes and had all the seats leaned back as if someone had been sitting in it all day. Please be safe when picking a garbage to park at in downtown sf

Don't park here if you have a performance car.

I live very close to this garage, and constantly hear squealing tires and engines being revved to the redline.

Given that this appears to be a valet garage, the only conclusion I can draw is that the valets here are having fun doing burnouts and generally abusing their customers' cars.

Polite, fast, and careful with the cars - very skilled valets. The monthly rate is fair. I kept my car here for 1 year and had no issues.

We had a horrible experience with this garage. My daughter and her boyfriend took our vehicle to the city for a weekend getaway. They relied on the garage to take care of the vehicle and when we got was nothing but negligence. One of the attendants ran the car into the wall of the elevator and did not report what they did causing nearly a $1000 in damage to the car. Luckily we had a dash cam and found where they ran into the wall and presented the information to the manager Tovik. https://youtu.be/i7Dkj-myY5E . Tovik was kind enough and provided contact information regarding the lot owner, but the owner refused to acknowledge repeated calls and emails over 2 weeks even though we have evidence that they caused the damage. Now I need to sue the idiot and he gets to pay legal fees on top of the damages. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS NEGLIGENT OWNER!

The worst Garage in sf. It's probably cheaper because of that reason. The valet lost my damn car and could find it for 15mins and I'm already running late to my appt. The 2 other valet people were on their phones watching ig videos or whatever for 10mins before they helped looked for my car. Then, when they finally found it, the valet guy just parked it and walked away without even saying sorry. Pos customer service!

If this were the last place in the world to park, I would still avoid this place!! They OVERCHARGE and they are very rude.

I parked there for 70 minutes and it cost $40!
