Farhad has now saved our family THREE times, with a stove range fan, our microwave (which everyone else said was not repairable without expensive custom parts), and most recently our dishwasher. He is incredibly responsive, skilled, friendly, and honest! I'm grateful for his straightforward approach and excellent work. We'll absolutely be keeping 4Wires on speed dial for the future (hopefully not soon though!).

There was a battery that my partner lost in our dryer. 4Wires was able to take the dryer apart and fish out the battery and some paper clips. Fast service and very kind folks!

Service: Dishwasher Repair - Water pooling in the bottom, not draining and causing the dishwasher to not complete the cycle.

Quality: Excellent. He was the only person who answered his phone, and gave me a rough estimate of what it would potentially cost me. Most of the other highly rated companies did not answer the phone or return my call. Farhad, the owner was honest, reliable and punctual. He offered to put on a mask and use shoe covers. He also cleaned up after himself and left his work area clean. I would highly recommend this company and would use it again, if ever the need arises.

Value: while he was repairing the dishwasher, he also switched out the refrigerators water filter and observed that the condenser coils needed to be cleaned and serviced which he took care of.

This is 2nd time Farhad came out for us. Last time was to fix our whirlpool double oven back in January (still working fine). This time was for our Samsung stove top where the main burner was igniting which required us to use a lighter.

Farhad diagnosed the problem quickly and explained why it wasn't working (contamination breaking the circuit). He serviced it and works fine again. Thanks to his explanation I am now equipped to properly maintain this which will save service calls in the future.

Oh and his response was fast. I texted him on Sunday and he was at my house Monday afternoon.

I used YELP Request and a lot of repairmen answered, I started to use Prime HVAC first. Red flags and my gut was going off with this guy Tony from Prime HVAC I will NOT recommend Tony, he didn't know what he was doing and told me my refrigerator door will always close like it did. I dismissed him and got ahold of Ahmad with 4Wires Appliances. He came over and agreed with me by adding a washer to the door and adjusting the refrigerator to balance, he also cleaned my condenser for free. He cleaned up the mess perfectly, it was like he was never here. He will come back and replace my ice maker, he did not have that special component, but everything else he had. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. Very nice gentleman. He knows what he is doing! I highly recommend him

Very helpful, honest and prompt. I will use them again in the future. If only all repairmen were so kind! I would recommend 4Wires to my friends/family.

Came the very next day with the parts needed, replaced them and charged a fair price.

The drain pump broke on my washing machine and I considered this an emergency (not only because I'm spoiled by the comforts of modern technology, but also because I was on my period the week it broke and washing period underwear by hand in the sink feels like time traveling to a place I never want to go).

I messaged 3 repair places, and 4Wires was the one that got back to me the soonest with a next-day appointment, so I chose them.

They gave me a 2-hour window of time, and then texted me the last minute in that window to say they would be an hour late. So, that was annoying, but at least they were still coming.

When the repair person arrived an hour later, I requested that they wear a mask and they agreed without complaint. That was nice.

They replaced the drain pump in only 1 hour, which was great.

The only bad part was how expensive it was. The cost for replacing a drain pump was $465. The internet says the part only costs $45, so that means 4Wires charges $420 an hour for labor.

Either I went into the wrong line of work or they're overpriced. I was in the midst of a "laundry emergency", so I paid it, but I won't use them again.

I contacted the business on a Sunday afternoon when my dishwasher stated acting up. Farhad got in touch and was able to schedule me the very day. Farhad arrived right when he said he would. He diagnosed and fixed the dishwasher within an hour. The price was very reasonable and as quoted. Plus he took the time to clearly explain exactly what he did and also give me some helpful tips for troubleshooting in the future and cleaning. Farhad was fantastic and I highly recommend his business.
