I appreciate how each time we have had an emergency, 5 star comes out promptly. The employees who help us are respectful and considerate. We have had toilets and multiple faucets replaced, shower problems fixed, various things checked, and just had our water heater replaced today. It was very last minute, and I'm so relieved it was taken care of so promptly.
On one occasion in the past, something did not work as expected and 5 star responded quickly to handle the matter, no hassle. I was worried about a serious issue with drainage/sewer/plumbing. Turns out it was a really easy cheap fix that had to do with a small toilet part.

I contracted 5 Star Plumbing on Tuesday, and they came today by my request. I requested 8-10:00 for the service window, and they were promptly on time.
The workers were friendly and explained our shower and sink problems.
They were able to solve the problem, and it only took 30 minutes to fix. The pricing was fair, and they do offer a 20% coupon on Yelp. They honored this, and we were very happy with the service provided.

Adam from 5 Stars Plumbing came out perform the leak detection under the slab. He is very professional and explained and narrow down the leak area his tools and gadgets.
Khalil and Oleksandr came back a few days later and fixed the leak that Adam narrow down the area.

Over the phone without even on site. SMH. This company was gonna charge me $395 for the camera to check and other $195 in total of $590 and a $150 discount. After the discount to ..$ 420. & said if the technician find problems that need to repairs it will even cost more. Got damn!
On the good note, checking around and referrals from family is good. My brother in law recently used this 5 STAR PLUMBING company. They came out on the same day and on my time && total came out to $260 CASH! Damn can't beat it. What I really need was just to clean out the main sewer. Took at least 30min for Peter to do. This is why I like using family owned businesses. I tell you what! They was very professional over the phone and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answer all my questions and needs. The technician was able to provide me the best and craftsmanship of service. Me and my family are very thankful for this service. I will definitely tell this 5 STAR PLUMBING to my families and friends. BIG THANKS to the technician PETER came to my home.
