7 Days Box

Lam hauling handled our project well, bringing 40 yard dumpsters and accommodating the times we needed them dumped.
I guess the prices are fair, in San Jose everything seems to be about double the price everywhere else in the country. That being said, they are competitive.
Thanks for doing a great job and not trying to sneak in extra charges that were not part of your quote like, fuel surcharges, BS cleaning and other garbage that are just enrichment schemes. I appreciate that!!!

would not drop the box where I needed it because he didn't want to scratch his truck. That's sad. A truck is a truck. It's a dump truck. Nothing's gonna hurt that truck. Don't do your job if you're gonna act like a baby sad sad sad will not recommend them again.

This is my 1st time to use 7 days box. I have very good experience with them. I called in the morning and dump box was dropping off in the afternoon on same day. They came pick it up fast too. Only thing is driver didn't give me a call when they came pick up. Staff is nice and very good attitude. They offer me a discount too on my order. The price I got compare to others much better. Strongly recommend and will back soon. Thanks!!!

This company provided the worst customer experience with sales people who can't answers questions.

They sell pottery as well as roof panels which is featured on Facebook MarketPlace. I purchased roof panels with waves and should be installed a certain way for if it rains, the water should flow downward and not get stuck between the waves/ridges. This company cut the panels the wrong direction which, if install will not allow for things to flow as intended.

Between the late delivery (result in loss time and money with the contractor), delivering materials that can not be installed, and just unsatisfactory customer service provide not a great experience.

This company does not own up to their mistake nor do they want to correct their mistake. They refuse to cut the panels and deliver the new panels.

I just want to share my experience with everyone who have reached out to this company. They are unprofessional. Truly disappointed with the whole experience.

Contacted them to rent a 20 yard dumpster for household clean up. Dumpster arrived the next day. After 7 days, the dumpster was not picked up. Called them, was told it would be removed within 3 days. After many calls and no resolution, I finally told them I was going to charge them storage fees if it wasn't removed from my driveway. Took nearly 2 weeks for them to get it done. Never again.

I have used 7 Days Box numerous times. Great services and smooth transactions each time. They have even come back out to the location to reposition the dumpster in the a more convenient location. They will also pick up the dumpster before the 7 day time limit if you are done with it. This helps in high traffic locations.
