We came here to get a refund because we were overcharged by RODNEY for an ice cream we did not receive. Immediately ROBERT and RODNEY were rude and said they would NOT give us a refund. ROBERT called us B****, Fagg0ts, and continued to throw up his middle finger at us. Also there were numerous customers who came in and bought tabaco products and ROBERT did NOT card them!

Not the most expensive, not the cheapest. Very disappointing that they charge extra for paying with a credit card.

It has actually become obnoxiously difficult to pay with a credit card there at all. The terminal prompts you with the message "Cash Price?" at one point. I paused to try to understand what the consequences of clicking yes or no was, and that caused the transaction to time out. Subsequent attempts to pay at the pump were rejected (as is normally the case if you try to use the same card a 2nd time).

Bottom line - if you're using a credit card to pay for gas, go elsewhere.

We have been going there for many years. They will check your tire pressure or your fluids at the full service area (give them a tip if you're not springing for the full service gasoline)
The mechanics seem reasonable and honest, although this is not our usual mechanic. We had had them fix a few things here and there, and we were satisfied.

They do repair tires though for a reasonable fee. I had nails in my tires several times, and it usually only took a half hour to 45 min to have them fix it. There's a Starbucks across the street where you can wait.

Just wanted to post a review after an experience I had today at around 8:45am at this 76 station. After pumping gas, I left my cell phone at the register inside the store. I was getting ready to leave and noticed my phone was not connected to my (dope ass) ride. I couldnt find my phone anywhere. While I'm tearing up my car, suddenly the cashier (an African-American woman with short hair and a great smile) walked over and brought me my phone. Honest and good people working at this 76 station - thanks for making my day!

There was this one clerk I think her name was Adriana I go there daily to buy my cigarettes and she charges me for two packs and a bic when I specifically asked her for matches. On top of that I go there to fill up my mom's car and once again Adriana is there. I give her $20 in cash and she can't add up correctly or the machine is retarded and I get $35 in my moms tank. So being honest person that I am (as a matter of fact I was an Eagle Scout) I go back inside and I tell her that she made a wrong transaction and she gets so embarrassed she didn't know what to do. I felt so sorry she couldn't do her math I only asked that she learns her left from her right.

It's 12:33 am Thursday morning! I've been at the cashier window for 12 minutes. Where is everyone?! I'm paying cash and no one here?! Had to drive to a different gas station. Barely made it

Advertised prices on items in store is not what you will get. 2 for 2.50 Snapple comes out to 3.80. Go to the other gas station down the street.

This place doesn't have a car wash (it's listed as if it has one).

It has a number of gas stations and a minimart. No car wash or service staton as far as I can tell.

It was relatively full at 7:30 pm on a Monday with 8 of the 12 stations being used. It is in a relatively good location a little south of the Venice airport close to the Japanese market.

Who writes a review for a gas station? The people that work here are consistently nice. So, I had to give them a shout out. The one manager who is always behind the counter is really nice, and goes above and beyond, helped me use air pump for free. It's one of the cheaper priced gas stations in the area (though not the cheapest). But nice customer service is so rare these days it's worth the extra 2 cents.
