Okay stop for locals and travellers that bright and clean. But some of the employees could use Chevron management retraining for better customer service.

Waited an hour for a car wash. The drive-through only cleaned the car in one spot. Went in and asked for a refund but was refused and told my only option was a rewash.

I let them know I didn't have another hour to wait and I didn't want that same spot cleaned again.

They looked at my receipt and said "oh, you only got the $10 wash! You should get the $16 wash if you want your car cleaned. " Why would they offer level wash that doesn't actually clean?

Not very good customer service on top of a terrible car wash

Terrible customer service:

Waited an hour for the car wash and when I finally was able to pay the machine was unresponsive. I then called to ask for help but attendant hung up on me and made me lose my place in line to go inside to pay.

The attendant didn't apologize and was extremely unhelpful. I had to wait in line to wash AGAIN. I'm terribly frustrated and hope the service and machinery improves here.

Would rate this place a 0/10 if possible.

Stopped for gas as I was headed to a friends house. Jeremy and Rozelle were extremely friendly and polite ! I also must say that this service station is BY FAR THE CLEANEST Chevron station that I have EVER been to ! The restrooms even sparkled !

I'm surprised that this station is rated so low. Its always pretty clean and super convenient to get a Burger King fix.

But I will say that it does seem to have more homeless and 5150 folks wandering around. Its not the stations fault. It's the City of Daly City. But what can you do when idiots want to defund the Police.

There's a homeless guy living next to the entrance of the car wash. Old white guy with a wheelchair and a very swollen and infected right leg. He was standing the entire time I was there and when my car wash was almost over he walked into the machine and had a bar of soap and started using a hose attached to a sprayer to clean himself - while my car was in the drying mode.

I went in and told the employees that there's a homeless guy back there in the machine and they said the Daly City Police Department wouldn't do anything about it.

Not sure if DCPD has turned into b*****s or they're trying to duck creating criminal stats to preserve home prices in the area, but DCPD needs to crack some heads. F**K the paperwork. When did it become ok for Westlake to turn into the SF Tenderloin?

2 stars because it's still only $10 for a basic car wash and that's a very good price.

Three different prices for car wash, $9, $11, $13. I chose the $13 Rain-X. I was surprised how well this carwash system cleaned so well. I was really impressed with the high gloss and wax layer it left especially at the end with the extreme auto drying system. I would definitely come back with a car that I don't really care about or that doesn't require hand washing.
Pros: convenient, cleans very well.
Cons: Long line, very slow(waited 40 minutes for 5 cars ahead of me. Slightly more expensive by $2 than the average place, left some scuff and scratches on my car.
