Been using 911 Plumbing for many years. Never a bad visit once.
Arman was at my house yesterday to install a new garbage disposal. He works quickly, very professional and gets an A+ in cleanliness. On top of all that, he's nice.
I've had big jobs and small jobs done by 911. If you use them, you will not be disappointed.

We had a 1" copper water line running under the driveway from the meter to the house spring a leak on a holiday weekend. Water started to come out of the asphalt driveway. Based on other reviews here, we called 911 Plumbing at noon on Saturday and we able to get 2 employees to evaluate the leak 2 hours later. They were able to run a bypass from a helpful neighbor's hose bib to our house so that water was temporarily restored. They provided a good quote, less than I feared, to dig up and replace the old pipe (about 30') and said they would arrive Monday to start. By Monday evening, they had the pipe replaced and water was fully restored. They did a very nice job of running the pipe under the driveway without having to tear up the driveway too badly. Just a few sections where they patched with concrete. We appreciate the very fast response from the initial call to completed job.

Long story short-- Arthur in the 911 plumbing office is honest, has integrity and super respectful. We had a slight issue that was from miscommunication but the way Arthur, his supervisor and the owners of 911 handled it was what was so impressive. They value customer service, value customer relationships and people, and strive to be fair. Armond, our technician, was also great and knowledgeable and got everything fixed quickly. I was looking for a plumbing company who I can trust and use for a long time and thank goodness I found 911!

Greg and one of his technicians just left my home and did an incredible job snaking a really bad build up that caused my kitchen sink to back-up. I had originally called another company out to do a snake job, and not only were they more expensive, they couldn't get the job done and advised me to do hydro-jetting that would cost nearly 1K.

I talked with Greg, and he assured me that he would not charge me for the snake job if it did not fix it. Greg and his helper spent about a half hour working on a stubborn blockage and eventually was able to clear it. 911 Plumbing Services charged me less for the job than the company that came only hours before. I can thank them enough for saving me hundreds in unnecessary work.

Service response was quick, the price was fair, and my backed up sink is now flowing with ease. This was a simple snake job that cleared some grease buildup. No surprises or add on sales tactics. I appreciated the honesty and will use them again.
