916 Fast Moving

Fast response when I submitted a quote and whenever I asked any questions.
I checked with 7 other moving companies and 916 Fast Moving was the most reasonable in price. The 2 guys came early, were super efficient in loading and unloading everything, making 2 stops to 2 different addresses as requested and finished early/on time even in the hot weather. The guys definitely hustled.

I'll make this succinct. I was taken in by all the 5 star reviews. So I set up a job for them - storage unit with everything already packed to a 2 bedroom house 4 miles away. It doesn't get any simpler. On the day of moving they show up, and then change their minds. They refuse to perform the move citing a parking issue with their trailers. But the move was only cancelled once they saw the storage unit was full. They did refund the deposit but at this point I feel like I should have taken a deposit from them.

Now I'm stuck without my stuff for three days while I wait on another moving company.

What a joke.

My boyfriend Kyle and I just moved last Saturday and we're finally settled enough to write this 5 star review! The two men were on time, polite, and efficient as ever. This was our first time using movers and it couldn't have went any better! 10/10, absolutely recommend this company for your moving needs!

916 Fast Moving did an excellent job. They showed up right on time. They wrapped all the furniture in blankets and/or plastic. They were very efficient. I was expecting a 2 to 3 hour move, and they finished in exactly two hours.

From the initial phone call (thank you Jessica for ensuring that everything would go smoothly!) to the final piece of furniture being moved in, the entire moving experience was stress-free. The movers were efficient, respectful and lightening fast, taking utmost care of my belongings and house during the entire process. And the disassembly/reassembly and perfect set up of beds and sectional was wonderful! Having made many moves both in/out of state and local, I can without hesitation say that 916 Moving is outstanding both in service and value and deserves the highest rating possible.

Alex and team were on it and went straight to business! I was surprised at how fast they were moving while still handling my items with care. I didn't have to give them any direction. I just told Alex what I needed moved and they got it done. From a 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor on Arden to a 2-story home in Elk Grove, everything was done in 2 hours. Great service and affordable. I would hire this team again for all my future moves.
Also, the whole booking process went smooth because of how responsive and communicative Jessica was. She sent multiple confirmation texts and kept me updated on arrival time.

Their willingness to accommodate requests, such as loading items from two separate storage unit locations, moving dressers upstairs, and taking drawers out of a large file cabinet to be able to move it upstairs demonstrated their dedication to customer satisfaction. EXCELLENT company to work with. Great communications throughout the whole process from quoting to the day of the move. The two gentlemen who moved our house was VERY EFFICIENT. By the time I finished giving him a tour of all the items that need to be moved, he already grabbed some smaller items on the way out and started the moving process. They got the truck and trailer (32 ft of combined cargo space) loaded and unloaded in under 4 hours. The movers are honest guys. One of the movers found a pair of wireless earbuds in our couch and he gave it back to me :). Will definitely use these guys again even for a small move!
