916 Movers

Our experience with 916 Movers was positive in all ways! Aaron, Thomas, and the rest of the team were all the things you could want in movers: friendly, careful with our things, accommodating of our needs and requests with great attitudes all around even when we changed our minds on things, and hard hard hard working. We got great value for what they did for us. And the team works together so well and it made the move feel almost peaceful. Moving is very hard. Hiring 916 Movers was well worth it and made it a LOT less hard. Will definitely use them again should we have to move, but REALLY hope that doesn't happen for a long time!

These guys are amazing. Booked it on short notice they showed up on time and worked cohesively together in a way that brought peace in a stressful situation. Aaron, Derick, Thomas and crew all rock. They get shit done.

They did a great job getting me moved out and moved in. They did exactly what I asked and they were very friendly. When my power cable came up missing from my TV, the gentleman who handled it, bought and brought me a new one all the way out to my new home to replace it. I think that's pretty above and beyond! Thank you Jesse! I definitely recommend them! I will utilize their service on my next move! (The only constructive feedback I could offer to improve my experience, would be to be mindful of co-worker disagreements/arguments in ear shot of customers. It can cause concern and tension. Other than that I would have given 6 stars if I could) Top notch service! Book them!

Short notice moving a large shuffle board from our old house to new house. On time, super friendly and reasonably priced. Thanks guys! Aaron and Tommy were great!!!

The person that schedules was very helpful & patient on the phone. He sounds disinterested but then takes the time to discuss things & problem-solve. We went with his suggestion fora team of 6 guys & 2 trucks, as our heavily furnished home probably would not have fit in just one. The team was friendly & great to work with. They were very efficient & even moved oddly packed things that we had set aside, thinking we would move them ourselves. They finished under the minimum - it was a bit of a whirlwind & after they left, I discovered some things that were moved to the wrong spot so I wish I'd caught it in time since we still had over an hour! Found some slight damage on one bookshelf, I think it had been tipped on its side & slid, & unfortunately some grit underneath caused scratches. Nothing major but missed in the final walk through because it had been placed backwards against the wall so I didn't see until I realized it was backwards & turned it around a week later. Oh well. They were great to work with.

This company quoted me close to $800 to move a sofa, bed, fridge, washer/dryer within the same city. Overpriced 3 man @ 175 per hour minimum 4 hours + 75 gas fee ? I'm paying for professional quick movers not ones that take tons of breaks. NO, this job requires 2 man and 2 hours! I'll go rent a U Haul thanks for attempted robbery.

916 Movers are the real deal. We needed a truck load of items moved from South Lake Tahoe to Roseville, Ca. to our new home. Steve the owner quoted a very fair price and worked around our schedule. The 3 movers arrived on time and started to work immediately. The crew took no breaks and loaded the items quickly and very carefully. The crew then headed back to Roseville and actually made it to our new home 5 minutes before we arrived. When we pulled up they were starting the unloading and preparing for our arrival. The unloading was very efficient and professional. No items broken and actually the job came in under my projected price. I will be recommending 916 Movers to all of my friends and associates. Do not hesitate to use this company.......you won't regret the choice.

These guys are good! We had a scheduled date for them to move a grandfather clock. But then they called me to see if I would be able to do it on an earlier date, which ended up working out for me. They got there on time, and was very professional about everything. They took the clock apart, transported it securely, and put it back together. They didn't rush the job, and took their time until the job was completed.

I definitely would recommend these movers to anyone in Sacramento.
