"2 Three Cheese Classic grilled cheese sandwiches. I'd like them both with Melt spices on the bread but I don't see that on the menu. If they truly don't have it, please get them on spicy garlic bread. No pickle spears needed."

And I was super nervous, he made sure I was good. Got what I needed and helped me bc I didn't know what she ordered bc this is not somewhere I go. Especially in this area lol he was great! Thank you.

Our first time at The Melt. Overall, things seemed average to me, my husband, and our child. It wasn't overly packed. The seats were wooden and somewhat hard. The lighting was nice.

I noticed an area directly to the left that had screens you could order on and then my husband pointed forward to the counter with actual people.

Our kiddo did like how cheesy the Mac n cheese was as well as the pickles.

My husband got The Italian Job. He said it was cooked well, but the spicy garlic bread was neither spicy nor had a strong garlic flavor.

I did feel like I really annoyed the person at the register by taking my time and asking questions. I started this review some time ago and cannot recall what I had, now, but I know that I wasn't very impressed.

Anyway, I gave it 3 stars and my husband agreed that we should all go back sometime and try it again to see if we enjoy it more the next time around.

Good melty cheese burgers.

I like that you can get regular or sweet potato fries.

I had the classic chicken. It was so tasty, it wasn't bland and it was juicy it was a thick piece of crispy chicken. Excellent bread was very good with their special chunky sauce. I had their pure cane craft soda by Alameda soda! It was a diet soda with great taste, I'll definitely come back again when I'm in the area. It was really fresh and delicious!

Amazing atmosphere and fantastic customer service. Food was great and amazing, very clean and absolutely tasty. Melting in my mouth like the name.

Luis was a great employee and was very welcoming. This place stays open pretty late so come by and grab a bite.

Ug, its been a while since I gave a 1-star review, but the Melt really let us down. My wife used Doordash to order a patty melt for my 4yo son. Hold the mustard and cook the meat well done. Upon getting our order, there was no beef! Where's the beef? I understand restaurants are not perfect and mistakes happen. But forgetting the meat and knowingly packaging the bun by itself - how is that even possible?

In High School, I worked at McD's once in Seattle and left the paper receipt between the bun. Luckily a manager caught it before it got served. At least I did not forget the patty!

Anyways, we'll get our burger fix elsewhere from now.

The Melt has fast become my favorite burger chain. Ever since I was introduced to it back in May 2023 at a Yelp event, I've developed a love for their food. Comparing to other fast casual burger and sandwich chains, their quality and taste are quite impressive, and the price point is reasonable. You can definitely get the bang for your buck here.

I have been here several times since the aforementioned Yelp event and out of all the items I've tried, my favorite is definitely the Double Swiss "N" Shroom Meltburger. The soft, toasty bun, juicy beef patties, melted cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and crispy sting onions all add up to this delicious burger. Pair that with some crispy fries and a shake, there you have your perfect meal!

Service wise, I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always courteous and friendly. If you work late or have the late-night munchies, this place is definitely for you since they are open late.

Made the mistake of pre-ordering again (it was the only place open in Danville at 11pm). Upon arrival we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for an employee to move the bag 5 feet from the prep area to the counter. Of course the food was all cold because they do not use heat lamps. The staff were not doing much and seemed uninterested in serving. They also got one item wrong (again).

Fool me once, jokes on you. Fool me twice, jokes on me. I will be avoiding this place absent a serious attitude adjustment.
