    • Q:

What are the vegan options at Sisterita? There aren't any on the menu (except a few of the plain sides). I suppose we could ask them to not put goat cheese on the beet salad, or hold the egg on the avocado toast or the fried rice. That's it? Really?

      A:

Yes "Really." The Menu says it it all. It is not a Vegan restaurant. It is a fusion French place. French cuisine is definitely not vegan. Even though there are many non-animal dishes in French cooking, most use some animal product for… more

Our third time here - this time we ordered the brioche French Toast and the prawn tacos. Exquisite! The food, the ambience, and the service were just amazing.

Super cute esthetic, has a Parisian vibe for sure. It's tucked away in a little alleyway. We were there in a Sunday around 9am and were seated quickly, about 15 later after it we arrived all the tables were full so best to get there early if you don't want to wait. What we had:
Grilled cheese & French onion soup combo- this was absolutely delicious. Great combo and probably one of best French onion soup I've ever had.
Brioche French toast- another great dish. The caramelized bananas were a nice touch and the cream put it over the top.
Brunch Burrito- better than your average breakfast burrito, the salsa paired nicely and it was just the right amount.
Avocado toast- the was good but felt the double pieces of bread were unnecessary.
Salmon toast- this was just average.
All drinks were delicious, the standout ma were the Chai latte and tiger latte.

      Will definitely return!

Not a good spot. Food isn't good. Decor is nice but doesn't make up for the terrible food or horrible service you'll receive.
Waffle is not actually a waffle but bread pressed into a waffle maker, it actually tasted stale which is crazy!
Chicken was bland and flavorless and whatever the ground meat was was also dry with no flavor.
When I brought this to the waitress' attention she had an attitude. The business owner as well, rude, unprofessional & petty.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, I will never come back.

My partner and I went to Sisterita on a Saturday around 12:30pm. We didn't have a reservation, but we still got seated within 25 minutes. The hostess/server was amazing at managing the crowd of people waiting to be seated.

We ordered cappuccinos, French onion soup, brioche French toast, and the emerald eggs Benny (the one with crispy chicken and green curry!). My partner said the French onion soup broth was one of the best they've ever had. The curry flavor on the eggs Benny was so spicy and delicious. The brioche French toast was light & fluffy and so yummy with the banana and fruit on top. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I like to call this place a taste of Paris in the heart of SF.
Stepping into this restaurant feels like being transported to a lively corner of Paris. The atmosphere is vibrant and full of energy, making it a perfect spot for a day out. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with rich flavors. I highly recommend the chicken basil but it was way too spicy even though I said medium. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience a little slice of Paris in San Francisco!

Walking up to this restaurant, you can easily miss it as it is situated within an alley (not sketchy).

The interior has thoughtful and cute decor. I was meeting a friend for brunch and we shared some delicious plates. I got the Thai tea which was served hot and delicious. We split the omelette and pancakes. Will definitely come back in the area!

The service was so kind. The seating area is small and it does fill up quickly, but we made reservations online which is a breeze to make. Definitely check out this restaurant!

Wow! Fancy. Definitely the perfect Ladies Who Lunch spot, on Commercial Street, between Chinatown & Financial Street. Doom Loop be damned, they opening a year ago, and created destination dining in a beautiful space.
From the moment I walked in to the tune of a ringing bell on the door, I knew Sisterita was something special.
The vibe is tres European fine dining, men in crisp white shirts, patrons sporting casual to dress up fashion statements. On a business meeting? Add a cocktail, quite the selection. Looking for a romantic spot? You've found the right spot.
My agenda today was avocado toast, which did not disappoint.
Numi Breakfast Blend tea, side of bacon, (4 perfectly cooked, deliciously chewy), and elevated avocado toast.
On my extensive quest for the perfect avocado toast, I'd give their 2 slices Tartine focaccia, fresh, ripe avocado, topped with fried egg, 5 stars. Toast that's actually toasted!
Oh the ambiance, presentation, & friendly service.
It wasn't rush hour, so I lingered sipping tea and taking in a conversation about Botox to my right, & work gossip to the left.
I'll be back with the gal pals.

Charming decor and ambiance; plentiful food selections. The Thai basil rice was so savory, perfectly spicy, and delicious. The steak and eggs were good but the salad with it was great! The mimosa was fantastic and the service was amazing
