Tyler was worth the time also his Communication skills at explaining and linking my ecobee thermostat so I can use my devices to make it easier for me.
I have had A-1 Guarantee for 20 years maybe . First with my heating maintenance and service and 7 years with a complete HVAC system.
They keep and maintain with in the green

They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, and very informative. In short: they're everything you would want in this kind of service. They're solid and I am happy to continue using them. We use them for regularly servicing our HVAC and A/C unit.

My air conditioner was found to have a duct that was disconnected and therefore cooling the attic. The problem was found and quickly taken care of. The person who performewd the service was most knowledgeable and personable.

We had a heat pump installed in December 2023 and everything went very well. A-1's pricing was very competitive and their product is excellent. The heating was great as is the air conditioning. Recently, we had a problem with the AC and called A-1. They responded immediately and fixed our problem quickly. They sent their technician, Jose, and then sent one of the owners, Nick, to help us out. It was during a heat wave and I'm sure many people had AC problems but A-1 made us feel like we were their most important customer. I highly recommend this company!
