They came & looked at my refrigerator & said they would call about the parts the next morning Once they found out the price & timeline, they would call me. That has been over a week & they have not called or emailed me an update I tried calling several times & emailing with no response. They were here for about 10 minutes & I paid the service fee of $150.00. The owner said this will take care of all of our travel. I guess the travel was to another place not my house. If he was not going to be able to do the job, just tell me Frustrated!!
