A-1 Professional Home Services were amazing when I had asked about a cleaning and inspection for our home, every person I came in contact with were respectful and professional. They have excellent customer service.

Martin was patient and transparent when I had questions about the cleaning and inspection before setting up the appointment. John was the technician that had serviced our appointment. He was informative about what he had found and the recommendations he had suggested. He was efficient and left his work space clean. We now have a clean fireplace and chimney!

BEWARE that A1 Chimney Sweep is NOT A-1 Professional Home Services. They are unqualified and will scam you out of your money.

Their ad warns you to beware, and so you should-- of THEM. I received an estimate for extensive firebox/chimney repairs to a rental property amounting to almost $5,000. The estimate consisted of a narrative and detailed photos of the areas requiring remediation, a costly mess to be sure; but, upon my personal inspection of the firebox area, lo and behold the photos were of some other chimney, not mine.

OMG, we're so sorry, what a misunderstanding, how could this have happened, we take matters like this very seriously, heads will roll!! These guys should go into politics, this is an increasingly common tactic used by unscrupulous vendors to scare customers into paying big bucks for unnecessary work, with little risk of discovery.

I have seen this also with fast-buck plumbers, roofers and other tradesmen where the work site is hard to access, and thus very hard to confirm by consumers. Greed takes many forms, and we are all potential victims. Don't be a victim, go with your suspicions always solicit at least two bids. This is the only way to inspire ethical behavior from dishonest vendors.

All thumbs up for this Company! Our tech was a young gentleman named Kyle and this man was spot on! Everything was spotless and he was super thorough with his evaluation and recommendations. Knowing I was a retired contractor, he explained the few areas I could handle myself and never pushed any usual " upscale" crap I normally have to endure. Although the yelp ad says they do, they do NOT do free estimates. Confirmed by Sean, "he didn't make the ad so no free estimates." Use Elite chimney services, not these guys!

I called in for a dryer vent cleaning and was greeted by a knowledgeable gentleman who said he could arrange for one of his technicians to come by the house and figure out the best way to clean my vent. I was able to get an appointment 4 days from when I called.

He gave me a 4 hour window and expect a call when the tech would be on the way to my house. Boom it all worked out as described.

I was pleasently greeted by Jeremy one of the A1 senior service team members. He got right to it, assessed the situation, explained the issues and how he was going to clean it. He cleaned the entire run and even cleaned out all around my dryer. He reconnected everything and left the areas he worked in cleaner than when he started. I will use A1 again and I recommend this company.

So pleased to have had A1 come to clean, inspect chimney and dryer. Yesterday reminder phone call to me. This morn a call :30 min prior to arrival by Sawyer the tech.
Wore mask and gloves. Used tarp to protect floors. Used extreme care in my home. Carried large vac in. Outside he went on roof and full inspection. Pictures were fab. Went thru one by one. They are emailed post appt.
Professional, great customer service. Could not be more pleased. And feel very safe for this fire log season.

Appointment was made for next day. Arrived early. Showed us before and after cleaning. Inspection as expected. Great value and service. Would recommend their service.

They could not do the service that was requested. When I called them to tell them that , they booked another appointment with me and did not show up. One star is too good for them
