A-1 Road Service

As good as it gets! My tow driver showed up in the parking lot of a company where I'd gotten my car to limp to when it threw a piston, while I was waiting in a hotel with WiFi across the street. Got a fairly long tow up to my garage on the Peninsula, where *I* made a mistake about the address of the garage ... but he was very patient, pulled around to make the difficult "U", and got me up the street to the right spot.
Very efficient and friendly, I will use this guy again.

Today my car broke down and my insurance give me the 2 towing company number and I call the first one .. and i waiting for more in a hr. And out side is so hot The company call me to call other because they were very busy.. so I call A-1 and they send me someone right away!!! I'm so satisfied with all the service, the person who answers the phone was so nice , the person how help me with my car was excellent.. totally I recommend A-1 Road Service . Now they are in my contacts to call them when I need any car service!!!

A few months ago my tire popped, i was stuck on the side of the freeway for almost 3 hours waiting for my ins to send over a tow. I got tired of waiting and were able to get a hold of A-1, they arrived within 20 min!! Worker was nice, proffesional, and speaking with the owner was so pleasant! 10/10 reccomend! Thank you A-1 !

I'm a state farm client I recently needed a tow and had called my agents office thang vo, they arrived 20 mins after I had called my agent which I think is a really great waiting time. The whole process was quick and easy no scratches on my vehicle as well overall best tow service experience, Thank you Paul you're a funny guy man!

Paul is the best! We needed a jumpstart and none of the other service providers were available (Saturday evening). Paul was like an angel :-) and one with a sense of humor. He quickly swung by and fixed our car.

This service was assume. Came out to go to work and my battery died. A-1 came and charged my battery. I got to drive over and got a new battery. I got to work by 9:00am from Sunnyvale to South San jose

We called in the late afternoon to have a dead battery jumped. Paul put me on hold for a minute, got back on the line and said someone will be there in 20 minutes and they were! My 98 year old mother said that the man that came to jump the battery was very nice. He told her that the battery was a 2018 and she probably needed a new one. Once her car was charged, she drove to a local service station and had a battery installed before the day was over. (Yes, she still drives). Paul was very nice and efficient. He even called less than an hour later to ask me how everything went...he followed up! This type of customer service is so nice to receive! Thank you Paul!

Mauricio was very helpful in loading my motorcycle with his self made motorcycle dolly. Awesome. patten and sell the invention.

The guy who answers i believe his name is PAUL is a smartass
Told him i needed a tow truck immediately as it was an emergency
He rudely in a loud angry voice interrupted me and said "what is the persons name who needs the towing" his attitude and way of speaking is not acceptable
How are you guys in business
If you are the business owner u need to fix your attitude and be gentle to customers treat them the way you'd like to be treated
Long story short this guy is a douch bag
Unless you want to be treated disrespectfully then by all means go ahead and call them for your services but personally I'd stay away from them

I am over 70 years old and had not driven my car for several months so it would not start. I called several towing services and A-1's quote was the lowest. Paul arrived at my home earlier than what he told me. He quickly jumpstarted my car. Then he noticed that my car was not running smoothly. He used his electronic meter to test my battery and it printed out the conclusion that my car battery must be replaced. He recommended me to drive my car to my mechanic with him following me in his truck in case my car needed another jumpstart on the way. My mechanic's garage was out of the way from Paul's garage but he still followed my car for a 20-minute drive. My mechanic also concluded that my car battery must be replaced. Paul then noticed that it was still under warranty by O'Reilly Store. By showing his meter's printout to an O'Reilly store employee, he promptly gave me a new replacement battery. Then Paul helped me to properly installed the new battery. It has been a week and my car has been running without any problem. I cannot thank Paul enough for his excellent service, far above the normal call of duty. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a towing service.
