I have been a customer off and on since moving from Southern California in 1976. Customer service and honest advice are ideal when considering new appliances to replace old ones and in renovations. One salesperson with whom I had consulted over the years has moved on but I have received the same friendly service recently. I can only recommend A&A Appliance for their respectful and personal service for any appliance concerns.

Just wanted to leave a quick review that this place was super helpful when our old fridge unexpectedly broke and we needed to replace it with something fairly quickly. We stopped by this store on a whim before planning to go to a larger appliance retailer, but they were incredibly helpful and talked us through some options that would be available to ship right away after checking inventory in the system. They also were upfront about installation costs and who they typically contract with for installation, and eventually we decided to skip the larger retailer and just order with them, which I found to be a smooth process.

Scott at A & A Appliance Solutions helped me with my purchase of a Liebherr refrigerator. Scott knows his appliances! The price was fantastic & the delivery was seamless. He also helped us after the sale & delivery with an issue we were having with the unit.

Customer service was appalling. I went in looking for a built in BBQ and the salesman could barely be bothered. I asked the price of a particular unit and he said "about $4K". I asked for a specific price
Which meant he had to look it up in the catalog and it was over $5K. I had to ask 3 times for a unit that was comparable in quality to the one I was interested in (which they have discontinued). No one else in the store. I'm not sure how these guys stay in business.

Was ready to buy a Bosch dishwasher. There were at least 2 salesmen on the floor when I came in. Granted, they were occupied at the time, but even the simplest of acknowledgement of my existence would have been nice. Not even a " hi, I'll be right with you". I felt invisible. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere.

We have a scheduled delivery today and they were late. We called to ask when to expect the deliver and found out that the delivery was cancelled due to truck is stuck in Reno! The representative told us that they did not know who was on the list for delivery so they were not able to call to let us know! What a bunch of lies! They should have a list of their deliveries! This is unacceptable!!! We've been a valued customer for years!

Scott V was great to work with and most of all he was honest. I originally ordered a high-end dishwasher for my brother-in-law's family, but it kept getting delayed, which was completely out of their control. So he recommended another brand that they had in stock that was the closest to it. He was upfront that it wasn't its equal, but if they needed one sooner it was the best option. I never heard of the brand, so I offered some other name brands and he was very forthright about them and still said my best bet was the one he recommended. He also recommended a great a delivery service and installer that did a fantastic job. Needless to say, my sister-in-law was very happy with the gift purchase and thankfully she no longer has to hand wash anymore dishes.

I called for a little help on a Miele Coffee machine. This guy who answered the phone said he won't help because I didn't buy it from them. WOW!! What a SHORT SIGHTED PERSON!! If I bought a $2200 coffee machine maybe I would need a new fridge which we do actually but now this place is CROSSED OFF the list to buy it. See how SMALL MINDED THIS GUY IS? If he helped I would have remembered that and would have gone there to get the fridge!! Lol! Lost a customer just cause you wouldn't answer a question. Pretty LAME huh?

Didn't know this place existed until recently when I was looking for a particular brand of stove. Convenient location with easy parking in a big lot close to the paint store. It's a bit dark inside but they have a nice selection of high end appliances and ranges like Wolf, Thermador, and Italian ranges. The customer service was friendly but not overbearing. They didn't have the brand I wanted to see in person and the place is smaller than Ferguson's showroom but if you want a high end appliance or range this would be a good place to check out.

I worked with Gavin for my appliance needs during a kitchen remodel and he provided outstanding service and helped us put together a dynamite kitchen we are thrilled about. He was very knowledgeable and was really on top of his game. He could answer all our questions without any BS thrown in. He was also very patient since it took about 6 months from my first visit to actual delivery.

The purchase and delivery went off without a hitch, and everything is working perfectly. He even provided a reference for a great installer, who made the install fast and painless.

Prices are competitive with other high end stores, and due to the brands they carry, there's not much room for negotiation. They do try to price match if you can find something advertised for less. Their selection is pretty much who's who in high end appliances, and they even carry down to earth brands like Samsung and Bosch.

One nice touch is they accept Amex, so I was able to use my Costco Rebate Amex and get 1% back!
