I ordered two matching necklaces to be made using my parents' wedding rings, one for my sister and one for myself. We are very happy with the end product! They provided a reasonable estimate for labor/materials and the actual cost was within the estimate.; and the work was completed timely. We both needed our 14K chains to be a bit longer and they provided additions at no extra charge very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and respectful of our time. I will definitely return, especially for any custom jewelry needs.

Paul and Lauryn were patient, compassionate, and transparent as I brought my mom in to sell some gold pieces she had been hanging on to. She had been waiting for a good time (high gold prices) and a trustworthy place to sell. These kinds of transactions always made me nervous because I don't know much about the gold or jewelry business, but it's a relief to find those in it who valued our comfort with the sale over making a quick buck. A & G did not disappoint, and we're looking forward to doing business with them again.

This place is a gem! Lauryn and Paul made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. I knew what ring I had in mind but wanted it to be custom and have a little bit more character to it. Lauryn took such careful consideration of all the details and even stayed within our price range. This is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I have ever seen!!!

We searched high and low for a good jeweler. We definitely ran across a lot of shops and people who did not feel genuine and who did not stay in our budget. It was a journey getting to them, but now we are only going to A & G jewelers for any needs. My fiancé had his UC Berkeley alumni ring resized here as well. They make everything easy.

Yelp recommendation for the win! I went in today and Paul was so nice and helpful! The store was very bright and welcoming and had some gorgeous pieces inside! I can easily see why they have so many positive reviews and I'm happy to have found a local jewelry store to take my heirloom pieces to for repairs and will definitely be back for purchases in the future!

Best family owned jeweler in the east bay. Both Paul and Lauryn are amazing. Very helpful throughout our whole process of finding my fiancé the engagement ring she wanted. We ended up doing a custom design which they made perfectly with all the small details. We have continued to go back to them for our needs for the last 2 years. We have also bought my god daughters necklace from them as well and they have been super responsive with any issues or repairs.

100% would recommend. I recommend all my family and friends to come here.

Five stars plus. This jeweler does wondeful work on re-designs. Also will give credit for gold & diamonds, and buys your jewelry at totally fair prices. They are very knowledgable and service is quick. They have a huge collection of beautiful (and some vintage) jewelry.I am so pleased and would never go to another jeweler after my many experiences with them.

Super happy with my repaired ring. The center diamond had fallen out. Paul was very helpful with giving me options and pricing. I highly recommend A and G Jewelers! I had been to the former location with the previous owners several times. So happy that the jeweler is still awesome.
