Shannon was great she kept me informed on my golf cart every step of the way. She always got back to me in a timely manner. Whenever she knew something she would call and let me know.

I had a great experience getting my brand new golf cart at A T, it was delivered and I was assured that I could expect geceood after sale service.

A few months ago I called "Shannon" to order new Trojan batteries. Shannon told me they were out of stock and she would call when they came in. Shannon never called! I called again last month to ask if she had batteries. She said yes. and gave me a price of about 1560 plus tax. I told her I was unable to install. Shannon said she would check with her Tech and that he could possibly deliver the batteries. She said she would ask the tech and call me back. Call never came! I called again a few days later and Shannon said she hadn't talked with the tech. Now 3 weeks later no call.

Shannon does this firm a terrible disservice. Shannon is ruining this firm.
Has to be relative with no interest in customer service. Writing this most probably goes to Shannon so my relationship with A T is over and I will let my friends and associates know this has happened over and over. I own my company and I get rid of people who have this cavalier attitude representing those who pay her to serve customers.

These guys are great! I had a problem with a golf cart that was under warranty and the dealer I bought it from was unresponsive. They were telling me it would be almost two months before they could fix it. A&T jumped in and fixed it in two days. Everything works great and the cart was detailed when I got it back. I won't tell you the name of the dealer that screwed me over, but their name rhymes with Eclectic Rotorsports in Rocklin. I highly recommend A&T.
