A Better Cheaper Locksmith

Worked with Bob over the course of a month to get some new hardware installed at my restaurant. Between me accidentally ordering some wrong parts and having tight windows of opportunity for work to be done, he was helpful and responsive through it all.

I looked at the various places of business and reviews on yelp and I chose ABCL. I was able to make an appointment with Bob for later that afternoon. He arrived on time and ready to get started. I really appreciated his friendliness and professional ability to do the job properly. He is a very nice guy and a great locksmith.

Contacted Bob after a recommendation from a neighbor. Excellent service, professional, timely and was able to come out the morning I needed.

If your looking for a good locksmith I would definitely recommend A Better Cheaper Locksmith. I contacted Bob about installing a deadbolt on our front door yesterday morning. He quoted a reasonable price and said he could do it in the late afternoon. Bob took his time and did a great job on the installation. Please note that this is a very expensive front door.

The lock works perfectly. Bob also rekeyed the existing door lock and made duplicate keys.

Another no show no call. Seemed great on the initial phone call but didn't show for the appointment or return my call.

I had an issue with my front door not opening when trying to enter the house.
Whenever I depress the front door latch, the latch appear jammed. The house was built in the 1930's and the front door lock was never changed out. The thought of replacing this vintage front door lock became
overwhelming. The replacement of these vintage locks greatly differs from the present modern locks. I searched through the Yelp app and came across "A BETTER CHEAPER LOCKSMITH". One of the reviews commented "Vintage door latch.." This was the one to call. I called and spoke to Bob Parnell, the owner. Bob was able to resolve the door latch problem and completely service the lock mechanism as well. And the price was definitely reasonable. I truly appreciated Bob for his service. Thanks Bob.
