Lei is great. I will always come here from now on. I only had a 30 minute lunch break and I called right when they opened to let them know I'll be in around noon. Lei did his best to get me in and out of there within 30 minutes. I thought certified smog checks would be expensive and this was my first time. But their pricing was great and I felt like I would get ripped off more by getting my oil changed at another shop.

I plan on getting my oil changes here in the future.

Shop is busy, doesn't look like much, but when you have good work ethics, you can work in any location and still have many customers like me coming back!

My passenger mirror/ housing needed to get a replacement

Lei had me bring in the car to make sure that he didn't need to order excess parts/ charge for excess service. Once he determined the issue and the parts needed, he placed the order for the replacement parts and I put the deposit down. Parts arrived next day and I was able to bring the car in during my break. Within a few hours, my mirror was fixed. Additionally he noticed that the air in my car smelled funny, he asked if I wanted my cabin filter changed. I took him up on the offer and he quickly obtained the replacement parts and had it ready within the business day.

Communication was great throughout the process and all questions were answered. He was friendly and professional. Repairs and service were completed so quickly, I barely missed a beat!

This local auto shop continues to provide high quality service and also cares to provide pertinent details regarding my car and I feel I can trust them wholeheartedly.

I have been coming here for my oil changes for a while and they continue to provide their knowledge and services to my car without fail.

It is so hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic these days! The owner is incredibly kind and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my car was able to be seen on a Saturday afternoon. He took extra caution to make sure my Honda was parked inside following the influx of catalytic converter theft in the area. He quoted me a price 1/3 of what Honda planned to charge me- parts included!
He was conservative with his diagnosis of the my vehicle.
I'm happy to have a mechanic in the area I can trust with fair prices and good work!

I normally go to my dealership for car maintenance but since we moved, it's a little further than I would like to drive. So I decided to look up a few auto shops in the area and A-One seemed highly recommended and based on my conversation with Lei, I decided to give it a try!

I came the next morning and I needed an oil and transmission oil change and tire rotation. Lei was good about explaining to me what will happen and what the estimated cost will be the day before. The drop off was quick and simple. He gave me a call a couple hours later to let me know what he found and how the repair was going, and when I can pick up the car.

When I came to pick up the car at the end of the day, he immediately let me know that the cost was actually slightly cheaper since I didn't need as much fluid as he thought I would. I appreciate the honesty and his transparency! He gave me a final walk through of my car and shared what signs to watch for in some areas for future visits.

All and all, this is by far one of the most thorough auto shop I've been and at no point did I feel like Lei was just trying to take my money! Highly recommend!

A-One Auto & me have been in a relationship for 2 years. it's win-win, i get my vehicle fixed, it runs until something else goes wrong.

A-ONE FIXES it and they get paid promptly. past problems have been a failed water pump, leaking water pump, tires with nails in them, low air tires, dirty filters, failed horn, it''s all been fixed quickly. expertly. also running like new. i.e. quiet.

i can hear my radio again after replacing the engine mount .

it started with an oil change, then they find something else..it goes on
but I alway feave happy. my wheels will lake me where i want to go. Priceless!

Lei is an honest, hard-working, conscientious, knowledgeable mechanic. A friend was visiting from out of town, and someone attempted to steal her car from my house and did a lot of damage -- it was undrivable. We were desperately looking for someone who could not only do the work, but would be willing to take the car ahead of time, before the part came in. He took us on a holiday weekend, and even offered to stay open a little late to accommodate us when the tow truck was very late. He did AMAZING work, and stayed in frequent touch with the car owner, keeping her updated on when the expected parts would arrive, etc. He turned a depressing event into one that inspired us. What great customer service, and a great person! Thank you so much, Lei.

I had transmission oil , coolant and wheel bearings changed at A-One Auto. Lei was very patient in explaining to me what needed to be done and worked with me with the appointment to try to accommodate my schedule.
Since I know very little about the mechanism of my car, he made me feel that my car was in good hands.

i got RAV4 with almost 200k mileage and had rear brakes and engine oil changed. Mr. B is so awesome; he will treat you like friend and very honest and so with AJ. Ask for these two, and they will take care of you. Just like what other people says about this shop, they offer great service and customer satisfaction is their mission. I will recommend this shop to my family and friends.
