Never use this Company. The owner Eugene came to repair our refrigerator and after an hour at our house told us that he had fixed it.. After he left we turned on the refrigerator, we found out it was not fixed as he claimed. When we told him it was not fixed and still broken, Eugene then told us that this refrigerator can only be fixed by a certified repairman from the manufacture. Based on what I have seen with the other reviews , I cannot understand why this guy is still in business.

I purchased a washing machine. Weeks after I "bought" it, the washer it is still coming up as for sale.

The washer arrived broken. Like fell off a truck, rolled down a hill, and got hit by a bus broken. Nothing like the picture. Eugene, the installation guy, continued hooking it up any way. He tested it by running the water for 1 min; said it worked; and left. We attempted to use it. The water tries to fill the tub, then runs out the bottom all over the floor.

He took the money and ran. Though promised a 90 day guarente, no phone calls have been returned... Shocker.

Fully agreed with the other yelper. This guy is a complete scam artist. He delivered a oven/range to my house in which the igniters on the range were completely broken and the grates did not even fit the top. I cancelled my check and he started threatening me with the cops and small claims court. I ended up paying him half of the agreed upon price to just throw the range out.
