I had a great experience here. Not only was I in and out with a new windshield in less than a half hour, I was given a great price with professional service. They went above and beyond, even helping me with the weather stripping on my back hatch, which wasn't part of the job at all. I will happily recommend them to friends and if I'm ever in need of auto glass service in the future, I'll know where to go.

Adding to my review! So my kid's fastrak sticker was left in the old windshield by mistake. I contacted the company and they dug through a dumpster and a pile of windshields to retrieve it. Amazing, above and beyond, personal service!

A1 Auto Glass is the best tinting, and the vehicle windshield or window replacement or repair center is San Diego. I returned to them recently because I developed a crack in my windshield via some freeway debris.

After a thorough inspection, I was informed that I would need to have my windshield replaced. At the time, I was expecting to have to make a future appointment to have it replaced, but I was told that they could do it the same day, and not only was it completed the same day, but two hours before it was expected to be completed.

Before installing the new windshield, I had them apply the AIR 80 Clear Window Film to the new windshield, I figured it would be a good call given the window film helps keeps inside the car cooler and protects the interior of the car. I do recommend this product, especially for a new vehicle that you plan to keep for a long period of time.

Customer service was super friendly, informative, and efficient. Their pricing is very competitive. It is important to note that this business is a local family run business. They also provide quality window tinting.

I had a surprise crack in my window on a Friday morning. I wanted to get it fixed before it got larger. I called A1 and they got me in that day and got my windshield replaced probably all within four hours. We ended up going back and having my husband's Windows tinted there as well. They did a great job on the tinting also. My windshield didn't have sensors but needed some new rubber and it cost about $480 altogether. My husband has a small car and he got the film tinting and it was just under $400. We felt like the prices were good. They also called him and told him about, a small star in his windshield which was going to crack and they repaired that for under $40. Nice to work with and they did a good job

I was driving on the 5 when a huge rock came out of nowhere and hit the middle of my window, leaving a crack. I was so annoyed--but it happens.

I submitted a few requests via Yelp for offers and this place was by far the least expensive. I called and they were very transparent about what they could and could not do. They asked for a photo of the spot so I submitted it on the Yelp app. They said it looked like something they would be able to take care of easily.

I drove over after work on Monday and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and the speediness! I truly appreciate that they were transparent that it wouldn't take away the spot entirely, so I didn't get my hopes up. I think it came out better than what he said he could do. I love someone who under promises and over delivers!!

This place was half the price of the other spots, and I think they did a great job. The ding is still noticiable, but barely. And most importantly, it's been a few months and it has not spread at all--even with the crazy San Diego weather swings. They said it would stop the spread--and they were right.

I hope I never have to visit again and my freeway rides will be rock-free, but if anything ever happen, I know right where to go!

Tony and the crew you have done it again! I went somewhere a year ago to fix my headlights and they totally damaged them and made them worse! Tony and the crew at A1 fixed them as good as they could but WOW what a difference

Had a rock chip my windshield and saw that A1 had plenty of 5 star reviews so I requested a quote and got a very reasonable one within minutes. Got there at opening time and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. No appointment necessary. They ended up taking my insurance too so that's a plus. Owner was very friendly and job looks clean. Would recommend.

Where can you get better service than a Ferrari-authorized repair shop? We were treated SO well, as if we were Ferrari owners!

My windshield cracked because of the temperature changes - severe heat and then cooler at night. I used the Yelp Projects tool for quotes because I wanted the best price, even though I didn't know what to look for. Manager Tony responded right away with a request for my VIN. This number identifies the specifics for the type and measurements for my car. Out of all the quotes, Tony was the only one to ask for this info and provide details of what went into his quote.

Upon arriving for my appointment, Zena (not the actual Warrior Princess, but she has Warrior spunk!) greeted us with a huge smile. She knew there were two types of windshields and made sure she would charge me the correct amount. Tony showed up and verified it, and so politely doing so.

Zena was very conversational and put us at ease. She said it would take about an hour, so I asked if I could stay in the lobby - super comfortable chairs and A/C! She said they wanted us to stay - wow... She allowed me and my mom to have the remote so we could watch what we wanted.

It didn't even feel like an hour had passed, and Tony and the crew were done! HUGE thanks to this team for everything you did for us today - and I'm not just talking about the windshield!

These guys are great!!! The scheduler was so nice. We called and got and appointment scheduled for the bery next day. The installers were amazingly honest and showed ip in the earlier part of our time slot. The installers pointed out all steps in our process, recommendations and were real pros. I am amazed by this company and have actually used them three times
