      Great vacuum repair! A1 is Amazing! Dropped my vacuum off at 2:00PM told the man I needed it tonight as I am having a Christmas Party and it stopped working last minute. He called to say more parts were broken than expected but Dyson was footing the bill, and it would be done by 5PM! How awesome is that! Back same day with time to spare! Working a little Christmas Miracle!

      They repaired my old 2004 Dyson vacuum it is good as new. Great service at a reasonable price. I recommend A1 janitorial service.

      I always shop from the store . Kind of variety chemicals , tools , even the stuff who work there are very helpful knowledgeable if I have a-question they help and recommend the best for me , prices are ok if you looking for cheap they match the price and help as they can my experience with them very good I become regular customer buy my needs from this place fix my vacuum the owner fady is professional help all the time and always be friendly I recommend this business for everyone looking for cleaning tools chemicals

      I have been using this place for 5 years or so and boy its been a great experience the staff there are great and always helpful.

      Stephanie at the front desk is always kind and helpful always happy and a joy to be around.

      I have repaired and purchased many things including equipment and vacuums over the years and have never been disappointed neither will you great mom and pop shop!

      This place fixed our dyson DC65. They were approved vendor for dyson and because vacuum still had warranty repair was covered by company. Repair took 2-3 days.

      A1 janitorial has been the best place to shop supplies and vacuums for my cleaning business. They are professional and helpful. I'm actually on my way there to pick up an industrial vacuum I had them adjust the harness on. Thank you guys!

      I waited over a month to write this review because I was very conflicted on how many stars to give.

      First of all, A1 Janitorial is an Authorized Dyson Repair Facility so when our two year old Dyson broke, the employees on the phone at Dyson instructed us to bring our vacuum here for repair which we did.

      The employees were nice enough and I was in and out quickly. They called a few days later to let me know that the motor had blown out and they were ordering a new one from Dyson.

      We dropped our vacuum off on July 26th.

      We got our vacuum back on October 1st.

      In our 1400sf home there are two adults, a teenager, two cats, a dog and a house full of carpet which was only vacuumed once in over two months only because I borrowed my Mother-in-Laws vacuum. Disgusting much?

      Now I realize that the motor being back ordered at Dyson wasn't A1 Janitorial's fault. But never calling me or updating me is. I called them one to two times a week during the entire time they had my vacuum and never received a call from them until the last day when my motor came in. Every time I called I got:

      "Yeah, I need to call Dyson to see where it's at."

      or

      "It should be here on Friday."

      Then when Friday came and I don't hear anything I would call back and get:

      "Oh yeah, it didn't come in. I will call and see where it's at."

      Nothing.

      Or my favorite:

      "I will give you a call on Monday."

      Again, nothing.

      I swear if I wasn't the one calling them, I wouldn't have received a call for over two months. Do they realize how frustrating it is to not have a vacuum for that long?!?!

      In the end I received a call on October 1st saying that the motor had come in and that they would work on it today to get it fixed.

      This was at 10:45am.

      Not hearing anything (again), my Husband stopped by the store at 2:00pm and had to wait over 20 minutes for him to finish putting in the new motor.

      Now you would think that after having our vacuum for over two months they would have made a priority to get it done ASAP that morning, but after all we had been through I wasn't surprised when that didn't happen.

      For years and years, I have been buying either vacuum cleaners for me or my in Laws, I bought extra strength cleaning supplies that I can not find in the super markets.
      the place is always clean and friendly, I love the personal attention and even one time they delivered to my work place. The owner really cares about his business and it shows.
      So thank you for providing excellent customer service when customer service is a rare thing these days.
      I will continue to shop and do business with you guys.

      So i was vacuuming and my belt went on my canister vac. I was here dripping stuff off at eco-thrift and letting the kids go shopping at dollar tree and i noticed this place. The fellow who helped me originally was nice but it smelled like he'd just smoked a cigarette and came inside. I really get disgusted by the smell of a fresh smoker. Yuck. The guy knew what he was doing however and he called & left a message to let me know he ordered the new belt. The next couple days went by pretty fast and since i dont vacuum daily i was ok. They called with parts & labor cost and told me that were ready to keep me informed. Fine. I went in again to pick the vacuum, and get a couple of vacuum bags. Think altogether it was a 4* establishment. It cost me around $100 so good deal!

      Super nice people/business. Came in today because my Dyson wasn't working properly. They fixed it same day! My trip there and back they helped me put the vacuum in my van because I came I had my two babies with me. The lady and the front desk and the guy who fixed my vacuum were so nice so happy I came in and didn't have to go a day without my Dyson.

      I was quoted one thing and charged more.
      The work was more then inadequate. The worst part is he changed his story so much that I could not trust him any more. I just wish this store was more honorable. You're word is you're bond and this stores word is not to be trusted.
      If you come here GET IT IN WRIGHTING
