A2Z Water Heaters

My 20+ years of water heater was leaking and I needed to replace. I called Fred and he was able to come out for a free bid early Saturday morning. He explained what we needed and provided reasonable quotes for the replacement of the water heater. If you don't know anything about the water heater, you definitely will learn something new with his detailed information. He helped us pull the permit and register the new water heater warranty.He was able to finish the job in 4.5 hours as promised on the same day. We were provided with detailed instructions on the use and care of the new unit. They left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived.

I would highly recommend Fred and Joey for water heater repair or replacement. They are trustworthy and honest. Fred and Joey will be my water heater person from now on.

A2Z were amazing to work with! As a landlord, my worst fear is getting notified about something that is leaking and I got that dreaded text about the water heater at 11 pm on a Saturday night. After perusing Yelp, I decided to give Fred (the owner) a call Sunday morning. He was one of a few that were open on Sunday and he was so courteous and professional.

He came out within two hours to look at the water heater and tell me what he could do. He was extremely thorough in his explanation and reasoning to what he was going to do/replace and why. Not only that, he gave a folder with all the information as well. There was no pressure to hire him but he was so knowledgeable that it would be crazy not to!

A2Z took less than a day to replace the water heater and bring everything back up to code. It looks great and I'm so glad I went with them. I had quotes from other places but A2Z goes through the whole process with you and it is worth it. Thank you!

My parents water heater stopped working. I called A2Z Water Heaters and Fred and Joey were at their house in 1 hour. They determined problem and water heater could be repaired. Parts could be obtained under warranty and contacted Rheem to have the parts sent out. Fred and Joey were back in 1 hour after being notified parts arrived. Parts were installed quickly and water heater back in business. Old gas line was replaced and tank flush was done no charge. Insulation blanket was removed, which was actually a safety hazard and not necessary. Fred and Joey were very patient and kind in working with my dad, who has lost his hearing and minimizing time my parents were without hot water. They care to do a quality job.

Fred, Joey, and Shelley provide the most courteous and professional customer service I've ever seen. Fred provided a lot of information on water heaters - more than I thought there was to know. He was communicative and not pushy, which I appreciate. Despite not using them for this project, I would absolutely call them again if something were to come up or recommend them if anyone asked.

I Can't say enough about AtoZ Water Heaters .The pilot light would not stay lit on my 19 year old water heater so I knew it was time for a new one. I called in the evening and they showed up the following morning. Fred & Joey explained exactly what they would be doing for the installation and to bring it up to code and make it safe. I stayed out and had fun chatting with them during the installation. They take care of the permit too. When they were finished, Joey reviewed the controls with my wife and I. Awesome company with a fair price, I have referred them to my neighbors as well. Call Fred if you need a water heater, you'll be glad you did!

My water heater went out on Sunday, so I looked at Rheem's suggestion and then followed up with yelp and found A2Z Water Heaters. Called and Fred answered right away. He came the next day on Monday and fixed out broken sensor. He even found a gas leak and added a safety cap on one of the valves. Will definitely be using his services again in the future.

If you're looking for a water heater installer that has the highest standard then look no further. Fred Ford uses only the highest quality parts and water heaters to ensure and the highest quality install. He came out to my home and inspected the water heater then gave a very thorough explanation of what was wrong with the water heater from a standpoint of function as well as other things that were in violation of mandatory plumbing code. We decided to have the water heater replaced due to it's age. The install was meticulous and we could not be happier. Fred Ford and his assistant Joey were fast, did a great job and are the kind of people you trust around your house. They will also pull the permit from the city and file the paperwork for the water heater warranty. It doesn't get any easier and most importantly the workmanship is first class.

We had our water replaced. Fred and Joey came out and did an excellent job. They have great customer service. They communicated well to us on what we needed. They provided step by step on the water heater when all was done. I love that they provided a folder with every information needed and I didn't have to do anything. They do everything for you from registering the warranty and applying for the inspection. Best experience!
