AA Automotive Repair

I own a 2014 Ford, I have taken my car to the dealership since I've owned the vehicle and have always walked away unsatisfied but felt I had some kind of recourse if something went wrong.
Today I decided to take my vehicle to Chad at AA automotive to look at a coolant leak, he was nothing but honest with me, he Didn't try and take the most expensive route and started with the basics. I paid less to have the coolant leak fixed than I did at my last service.

Just a quick note to thank the crew at AA Automotive. Took in my 2007 Chevrolet Corvette for the typical oil pressure gauge problem where the gauge stays pegged wide open. I got the car back faster than promised, cheaper than was quoted, and I ran late picking up the car and they waited for me. What the hell? You would think this was the Twilight Zone or something. I met these guys handling an insurance claim on one of my customer's vehicles so I did not know them from Adam. My original meeting with this shop was an indicator these guys were better than average. I have to pay full price, get receipts, and all that good stuff or I can lose my job. No "Favors" or "Good guy" deals. Any shop that is busy enough that an appointment is sometimes necessary speaks for itself. I highly recommend this shop.

I'm so happy my cousin recommended Chad to me. He has been so accommodating and helpful when my car needs to be serviced. The prices are honest and fair. They are fast, reliable and you are definitely at ease knowing your car is being well taken care of. Highly recommend this auto shop.

I've been coming here for 10+years. I've brought multiple cars from an older dodge to a late model Mercedes . If your car is no longer under warranty, I'd bring it here.
I've never worried about being overcharged, he always explains what needs to be done and what can wait.

Great service with excellent value. Chad and Casey are always helpful and work to accommodate your schedule. The explanation for the services required is done respectfully, and I have never been overcharged. I have had to pay less than quoted price because work got done efficiently.

And always go into great deal when talking over what is need now. They never try to do work that is needed and always let you know what can wait if needed

On the times I've waited for the work to be done they always offer up water or keurig coffee.

These folks are the best! My partners family has been going to them for years. When my tacoma had some minor issues pop up they got me in quickly and solved both issues (both errors made by the tire spot and the oil changers I went to within that month). They fixed it up and I was able to walk over that day and pick it up. Family run, great communication, and good work at a fair price.

I started this review in 2013 and never posted. Gonna leave it the same but will add that I ended up with AA for 8 total years and it bums me out that I've moved to NYC and will have to find a new mechanic. Chad is probably the best mechanic I've had my entire life.

Moved from Walnut Creek to Concord looking for a new mechanic to help with replacing the battery on my Toyota Rav4. The 5-star reviews on Chad and his crew are legit. He fit me into his busy schedule since it was a quick fix.

Personally, I think it's rare to find truly genuine caring service these days. Glad I've that with my new go to mechanic. Very satisfied!
