Needed an unusual tool an Airsled to lift a ~ 500-600 lb full refrigerator for a a kitchen replacement floor. They had the tool and it did the trick. Pretty amazing tool perfect as a rental. The staff were clear, courteous and had the product. I accidentally tore one hose when grabbing to aggressively as I was turning.
Owner extended me some grace as he had an easy fix. Thanks AAA Rentals.

Really appreciate the excellent and spontaneous service provided by AAA Equipment Rentals (aka) Centerville Saw & Tool in Fremont. We needed a local tool sharpening resource, and Kip Taylor and team really filled the bill with extremely responsive service, Thanks Kip!

I do not recommend this place to ANYONE.
KIP has the worst attitude, my dad is Hispanic and he does not speak proper English and was being so incredibly RUDE TO HIM. When I tried to speak to him about it he and I were just going at it over the phone and was yelling at me. Overall he could have handled this situation WAY BETTER. I did nothing to him! Kip if you don't like your job, please get a new one.

I stopped by today to purchase a DC battery cable for my Honda generator and Bob was very informative about the cable. He recommended I get a battery charger vs the DC cable since the cable does not have a shut off once the battery is full. He also shared several other helpful tips. I did not purchase anything, but came out with lots of helpful information on servicing my generator. I can't say how much I appreciate an honest businessman. I will use them whenever I need any work done on my gas powered equipment. I can trust them based on my recent experience. Thank you for the help.

I appreciate the expertise and great customer service at AAA from Kip and his team, for my lawnmower diagnosis and repair recently. They not only fixed my lawnmower but they showed me how to clean it, and ordered me a new blade as mine had hit a few too many rocks and was dented and sub-optimal. Their prices are also reasonable. I would highly recommend. (I have a TORO lawnmower). They also recommended if I need a replacement, what they would recommend for my needs. THANKS for the great service! (They also did not make me feel dumb for not knowing that my mower had a reset button! HA)

Looks like they have big equipment too! Staff are good folks. They have a ton of equipment... Echo, Husqvarna, Toro, Honda... They also have climbing equipment for tree trimming. And on site they have a ton of rental equipment for small projects... But I've been told they can get big stuff to from their other location in Redwood City

I use to go to AAA in Redwood City and have always gotten decent service. These guys are new, only been open since January. Oh My Gentle Jesus, these guys have taken the service piece to a whole other level. Rented an industrial strength weed wacker for the over grown yard, and the Electric Black and Decker was cutting it, joke intended. The B&D was a toy compared to what these guys hooked me up with. Weeds are gone, now all the toys that have been missing can now be reclaimed. Will use them again.
