Excellent service at a very fair price.
We are one of AAA's more finicky customers with RO plumbed into our orchid greenhouse as well as an RO unit plumbed to our sink and refrigerator in the house.
I had neglected to have either unit serviced for some time and the greenhouse unit was being cranky. I was worried my neglect would cost me an arm and a leg. Wes showed up and efficiently serviced the RO system in the house then we went down to the greenhouse. He took a good look at the system and knew exactly how to fix it. I had originally just wanted to get it running again, but since he had quickly accomplished everything I'd asked, I decided to have a full service done. The guy was super knowledgeable and organized and I might not be lucky enough to get him again. Again, he completed everything with a minimum of fuss. I was pleasantly surprised when he totaled up the bill. Do not hesitate to use AAA Water Systems to build or maintain your RO system.

Usually Tommy is our technician and he's super friendly & explains what is happening.

Alfonso, on the other hand, seemed to be having a bad day. His responses were short & he seemed annoyed, which wasn't helpful in trying to figure out the confusion between what he was telling me & what I hadn't been told by phone.

I opened the door & his first words were, "Is it in the garage?" Not "hello" or "hi" just pointing to the garage door, which I promptly opened for him. Next, he says, "So you're getting 6 bags of salt + delivery." I was super confused because I hadn't ordered 6 bags of salt; I hadn't even called about salt! Salt was offered as an add-on to my service request & no mention of a delivery fee. I'd called about the green, sludge looking build-up in my salt tank; I'd even sent pictures. I'd called for an assessment & possibly repair to whatever was causing the green stuff. So I asked Alfonso about the assessment, but he just brushed me off, saying the green gunk was normal & caused by salt impurities in your product. I told him this had never happened until I ordered salt from your company back in January. He said that he could clean it for $160, but it would just happen again. Not helpful, so I asked him if I should just go back to the old brand of salt that I used before. He shrugged like he didn't care either way. I gave up on trying to communicate with him because It was like pulling teeth to get any kind of useful answer or solution.

I feel like he just wanted to dump the salt & leave. So I let him know that I hadn't ordered 6 bags, nor would 6 bags fit in my tank, and I asked what he meant by "delivery." He told me 6 bags mandatory + $50 delivery fee. I pushed back on the delivery fee since the salt had been offered as an add-on to the service call, but he said there was no need for a service call as the green stuff was normal. How was I supposed to know that beforehand? He said my invoice/quote had failed to send. This made sense as I had no idea about the cancelled assessment & added delivery fee. Eventually, the delivery fee was waived & he filled the tank & left 2 bags of salt behind.

I didn't watch him fill the tank, but I recall from January that I got 4 bags that filled the cleaned & EMPTY tank to the brim. Now I'm trying to understand how my tank at 1/4 full already could accept 4 bags of salt yesterday?? Meaning, I only received 5 bags? Not cool.

Our water consultant Al Skender, very welcoming gentleman, kept us informed of the company, what the process will be and which is the best product options for our house. We highly recommend Al be your guy to come do a water testing and plumbing survey to ensure you get the absolute best for your home. This is a huge investment for most people and you want to make sure you are investing your money into the right products for your home.

The scheduling part for having our water softener system installed was fairly quick. Our technician that came out, Dylan Gonzalez and West were amazing. They were a very friendly informative duo! They had all the answers to every one of my questions and kept their positive demeanor at all times. There was a minor hiccup in the installation process, however, it was not a serious issue to us, these guys are licensed and bonded. On top of all that, the owner himself took it upon himself to come out to help out the team. As someone in a leadership role, this really shows strong character and commitment to be in the "trenches" with your team, and through the whole process, we are very pleased to have soft water. The quality of product to the service provided by AAA hands down is the best value you will receive.

Okay, hands down this place does really fine work. The Sales team is there to tell you a little about the company and help you find the right product that fits your budget. They also work with you on going in detail about how each product works and compares it to other agencies to show you the difference. Thank you to both Nick and most of all Bellmen! You guys rock!! Appreciate you guys in working with us and making it a personable experience prior to install. Now for the installation. If you want a recommendation contact AAA and ask for Gerardo. He is the real one!! Super cool, makes everything look slick and best of all NO LEAKS after install. This guy has years of experience in the field and loves what he does and stands by the product. Overall a very well put together and clean job, just look at the pictures!!! I will always recommend these guys, we had RainSoft before and it doesn't even compare to what service we got today. I'll also be making an update review in the future, keep an eye out for that as well. Anyways, THANK YOU AAA WATER SYSTEMS!!! Look forward to the soft water for years to come, y'all stay blessed!!!

We had our water softener and RO installed by AAA Water Systems about a year ago. We have been very pleased with the quality of our softener and RO system.
We just recently had to refill the salt container. I would like to again thank Al Skender, our highly knowledgeable service advisor for directing me whom to contact for ordering salt. I would also like to thank Tommy Beardsley, who not only delivered the packages of salt, but cleaned and refilled the salt container. I really appreciate his help and effort.

This company is so amazing. I'm so glad I've had them for over 10 years and everything has been perfect. My soft water system is not run on electricity, but through a special way that they have and it is the best water softener! I used to have Culligan, and it was constantly breaking down because of a faulty motherboard. This system doesn't have that and it just has pure soft water constantly in our home and my hair and skin and pipes and bathrooms are loving it!
I also have the AAA water filter for the drinking water and I love it. I have clean ice too. I'm so grateful for this company, and the people that work for AAA are so kind and accommodating. I've had nothing but great experiences for the past decade, so I wanted to be sure and let others know!

So get this - we had a Kinetico system + RO system installed when we moved in to our home when it was built, and it just failed completely two months ago. How do you know it fails? When yellow stuff come out of your faucet, the water has salt grains in it, and cold water slowly stops flowing through small openings.

Well, that system lasted 19 years! What a great ROI.

We called up Kinetico to remove the RO system (over time it wasn't worth it for us as it required regular service calls and lost pressure very frequently) and give us a quote for a new whole house system. Unfortunately the appointment had to be scheduled out 6 weeks. Seems a bit long and it put us out of soft water for that long too.

The day of appointment went smoothly. The tech/sales person came through and removed the RO system, quoted me a price for a new system, and installation was scheduled for the next week. Super quick.

Day of installation came and the guy spent at most 2 hours to remove the old system and put in the new one. Very polite and professional installer. He did a good job at it. Really enjoying the new system and hope it lasts for another 19 years!
