Great experience. Office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the storage units and RV storage. The grounds were very clean. Love the fact they have septic tank dumping!!! What a plus.

The manager Derrick is very disrespectful and has a serious power trip. He speeds through the parking lot barking orders at folks. He almost hit my child as he sped by. Honestly every thing else about the property seems ok just his bad attitude.

I'm not referring to an after hour situation. Perhaps there should be some follow up questions to ensure your reaching out I regards to the correct matter.

Great independent storage facility. I had an inside storage space for 3 years and it was always easy to get in/get out even during off hours. The office is responsive and resolves issues quickly and is quite friendly. I never had an issue with the storage space, and there are always carts available to move things around. We had a lot to move 3 years ago due to a family member passing and the staff helped out with facilitating moving things around and checking in on our progress. I just moved out completely and the process was quick and painless.

After being a customer for years ownership and management have been very unorganized and try to make u pay for extras and raise rates in you. New management is trying to overcharge and bill everything. Avoid like plague

We've been customers for about 4 years now. The property is clean, easily accessible, well lit and overall really well managed.

There was a storm on 10/24, a level 4/5. We live nearby and the entire area was impacted, including residential. Thankfully our storage unit did not incur water damage.

Secure compound, clean grounds, efficient and friendly staff, especially Derek, who helped me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended! The facility is secure and well managed. Derrick is the best! One of my employees accidentally set off the alarm and I was notified immediately.

I don't have wide experience with storage facilities, but this has been a good one. We had to suddenly downsize and put some things into storage, and this looked like a good place. It has been a very good place for us. Clean, dry, well taken care of, and a good use of that little strip of land between the houses and creek. Storage units are on one side, RV parking on the other.

I don't bug the managers unless I need to. And a few times, I've needed to: moving to a smaller unit, renting the truck, changing payment methods. They have been helpful and accommodating every time.

Two notes:
(1) There are two entrances. They are sticklers about needing to punch in the code to get in AND out, and don't take kindly to piggybacking on someone else. Security, y'know.
(2) It is not 24-hour access. I think if you get in too late, you may find yourself locked in!

Great place! Convenient hours, multiple entrances, unit options, friendly staff, and you get a free lock when you check in!
I've been a customer here for years. I constantly utilize my storage space. I had no idea how useful it was until I started renting one. Two thumbs up!
