When my brother passed away I had to have his inoperable car removed from a condo complex and was having difficulty navigating through all the DMV and legal requirements. It seemed everyone I talked to told me something slightly different. Then I called ABC Tow and Laura and Charlie stepped up and took care of all the paperwork for me and got the job done. I can't thank them enough. They care about their customers that I know. Very professional...their crew is too! Highly recommend them.

Great service. I was in an accident and they were called by the city. They arrived quickly and I rode back to their yard with my car and the driver.

They helped coordinate with the rental company to stay open a few minutes to wait for me and they drove me there to make sure I would have a rental to take my belongings out of my car and get home. They were very knowledgeable and helped guide me. very helpful when you are out of your mind from being unexpectedly hit.

Pulling into a gas station as I was pulling out, the guy almost hit me, laughed, and then stopped diagonally so I couldn't get out. When I called the company to report it, the guy didn't even apologize just told me he'd tell the driver. Tell the driver what? T keep being a jerk??!!

Recently our non-profit was robbed and we had multiple pieces of equipment stolen. I reached out to ABC as they had one piece of equipment we needed on a lien sale. It needed a bit of work, but we were okay with that.
However for Charlie and the rest of the crew, selling us the lien equipment at a cheaper price was not enough. They provided all the parts to fix it and have also stated if they run into more equipment we could use, they would help us out again.
I cannot recommend them enough at this point. Great people!

ABC Tow went above & beyond recently when my elderly aunt was in a car accident. They actually provided much better customer service to us than her insurance company did!

My wife experienced 2 flat tires while driving south on 680 near hwy 4 on 2/28, due to a massive pot hole. (Along with dozens of other cars. It made the news). We were waiting for over 3 hours for a tow that our insurance called for us until a CHP officer stopped by to see it we needed help. He called ABC towing and they arrived definitely within the 30 minutes it said on their website. Thank god for ABC towing! We might still be stranded if it wasn't for them! Lol

Showed up within 30 minutes of my call early Saturday morning. Friendly and professional. Very efficient in getting my car dollied, then towed off to the dealer. Highly recommend.
