Excellent limo service. Brian arranged airport pickup and drop off as well as transportation to/from a concert in Oakland. He responded quickly to texts and kept all the details straight. Tony, our concert driver, was prompt, easy to reach, professional and pleasant. The airport drivers, Nile and Berry were also great. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I highly recommend Abiano Limo and will use them again.

1/22/2023, we met at
2036 Lombard Street in San Francisco and rode the bus to Levi's Stadium to watch the NFC Divisional Playoffs 49ers vs Cowboys.
An incredible defensive battle !!
We had to be back on board the bus within 30 minutes after game was completed.
We traveled in class to the game avoiding the nightmare of the bottle neck traffic jam stress at Levi's to and from the game. If ever I travel to another game there, I will contact this service.

Poor communication- especially on the return journey that if you didnt get the bus drivers number once you arrived at Levi Stadium, you would be unlikely to find the bus! Plus we almost had to wait an additional hour and a half after the game finished, except some very disgruntled passengers called the owner to complain. Would NOT recommend as reliable

The best decision ever! Went to see Beyoncé at Levi Stadium and it left on time and left a little because a few ppl were missing which was nice he waited about 10 minutes! Turnt up on the way there and slept otw back lol so glad I did that traffic was terrible otw there! Thank you Daniel!!!!

Excellent service. The girls loading the bus were friendly and very accommodating. The drivers were quick and safe. They even let us play our music on the way to bottle rock! Would totally ride again.

I am not sure what happened for me, but the experience I had was nothing like the experience most customers are writing about here. I decided to book a limo for a trip to Sonoma/Napa for my wife's 30th birthday and with so many positive reviews on yelp, I decided to go with Abiano.

The booking part of the process was quick and painless. After calling, I was sent an email confirmation and a request for our planned itinerary. The only issue I had was during the booking process was when I asked about the year and model of the car, to which the response was, "our limos are all Lincolns and they are the latest model". The way my question was brushed off without any concrete information like the actual year/model of the car should have been a warning.

On the day of the trip, the driver showed up 15 minutes in advance, was very courteous and did not rush us. Once the car pulled up, I immediately realized my expectations were not going to be met. As you can see from the attached images, the car itself was NOT the latest model and was poorly kept. The driver was dressed in jeans and a long sleeve shirt. No jacket, no uniform, no professional attire whatsoever. I don't mind this too much, as long as the driver is courteous, professional, and a good driver.

The worst issue was the dating and the lack of cleanliness of the limo itself. There were long, blonde female hairs all over the car, including on the bar area where the cups and glasses were. See the image attached. Members of my group were jokingly referring to it as "stripper hair". There was poorly done tinting to the back windows, the ceiling and seats were extremely dated, and the window to see the driver's compartment would not close! I've never been in a limo where you cannot close the window to the driver section of the car. The rest of the ride we had no privacy from the driver.

Additionally, we stopped for a bathroom break at a fast food restaurant and the driver took it upon himself to order a sandwich for himself. We had to wait for him to get his food before we could continue. It wasn't a long wait, but still, it's the principle. Later at a winery, after being there for about an hour, the driver picked us up but then ran inside to go to the bathroom. Why he couldn't have gone during the 1-hour down-time he had while we were tasting is beyond me. Yet again, we were waiting on the driver. In my opinion, the passengers should never be waiting for the driver.

All in all, I would not book again with Abiano. The pricing for the 8/person limo seems like a good deal, but honestly, I'd rather pay more to get a nicer car and more professional service. I'm not sure why my experience was so different from everyone else's.

Awesome limo service. I would recommend them to everyone! We went to Napa for my best friend's birthday and everything went perfectly. Great responsive service and honest quotes from Brian and Sean was the best driver ever!

I was referred to Abiano from one of my friends. I had a rough itinerary (Chandon, Oakville Grocery to pick up food, picnicking at Peju and Sterling). We went over on time since my friends showed up a little late and Sterling was our last stop with the gondola wait and there was traffic on the way back, but Sean didn't even complain once! Sean is pleasant and exceptional with service and our limo was always waiting for us to take us to the next stop.

They provided bottles of water and ice. The limo was very clean and perfect. We had the 8 passenger limo with 8 passengers.

We are only using this limo service for all future events. Thank you Brian and Sean!

I've heard and read high praise about this business/service, and I was hoping for them to be the saving grace (travel-wise) during a trip from LA to SF for a festival where the venue is ~40 minutes outside of the city. After having the tickets to the festival itself -- AND the Mride shuttle passes from our hotel in the city to the venue -- booked for months in advance, Mride decided to cancel the shuttle bus due to lack of interest from festival-goers. While I absolutely understand the implications of and restrictions due to covid -- as I work in a relatively-impacted industry -- the cancellation/refund was announced 3 days beforehand, with no mention of alternate courses of action, or compensation for such actions. This has made the trip more of a problem-solving/money-spending adventure, rather than a vacation. I truly feel bad for leaving a review other than the 5-stars that this company has gotten in the past, but this has caused such a headache in the past couple of days, that I have to voice this for others that may he in the same situation. Thank you

My sons Senior Prom was a total sucess- they took care of everything service oriented,total communication friendly wonderful on all accounts. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When another limo company called the morning of my kid's prom to say the party bus I'd rented had broken down & nothing else was available, I called Eddy at Abiano Limo, and he kindly & quickly saved the day (or night, as it were). He arranged a beautiful, sleek shuttle bus for 30 excited seniors, and their driver Hani was lovely. I am beyond grateful for Abiano's amazing customer service, helping a frantic parent out at the last minute on a busy Prom weekend, and will never go anywhere else for my transportation needs.
