We highly recommend Absolute Comfort; they installed a heat pump water heater for us and the whole process was great. They responded quickly to questions, communicated very well via email, text, and phone calls, arrived on time, and were very friendly. They handled the paperwork for the SMUD paperwork and worked with Placer county for the permit.
This locally owned company is at the top of our list for any future heating and air projects.

Steven came to our home and provided his HONEST opinion regarding what needed to be fixed on our HVAC system. Thankful our HVAC issues were fixable.

Our A/C went out during a heat wave (111 degrees). We had another local A/C company who we have dealt with on numerous occasions come out and tell us the blower motor went out. Much to our dismay, and discomfort, we were told that it would be three weeks before they could get another blower motor in. Luckily, a friend of ours was familiar with Absolute Comfort and recommended them to us. They were able to get us a blower motor within three days and installed it. The office called us multiple times to let us know the status of finding a motor and, they did not disappoint in finding one. The technician even spent time with us afterwards, answering our questions and helping us understand under what circumstances we should decide to replace the system. I have every confidence in this company and will continue to use them going forward.

Theresa in customer service could not represent Absolute Comfort Heating & Air any better. On Saturday, July 6, 2024 at about 5:45 p.m. after she worked the July 4th holiday, Theresa called me back when I left a voicemail about my malfunctioning air conditioning system. The temperature was about 110 degrees and my family was burning up. Theresa recommended that I switch out the thermostat battery and to clean out the air filters in the house. Then she advised me to check the circuit breakers. Maybe that was obvious. But I didn't think of it. And it solved the problem. And my a/c's been working since. Why did Theresa bother to help me after hours on a Saturday after working so hard that week? I will not forget Theresa's help and kindness. Absolute Comfort Heating & Air is lucky to have Theresa as part of their team.

Service was good! They do everything electronically with this company! So once I got my appt set they sent me the picture of the repair person that would be coming to my house!
Once he showed up he was polite and looked nicely groomed! I showed him where the furnace was and he begin to work!
I asked him several questions about the unit. He was very knowledgeable of my unit!
Happy to report I got a good grade on my AC and Heater! I would recommend them and will use them in the future!

Our AC went out Sunday of July 4th weekend with 111 degree temperatures. Absolute Comfort was booked solid and wasn't sure they could get to us until Wednesday, but assured us they would try to get to us sooner, if they were in the area.
They showed up the same day they were called by our property management, around 3:00 p.m. and fixed it with minimal time or intrusion. Even getting 15-20 calls a day all weekend, with the owner jumping in to take calls, they still managed to work us in early. The lady I talked to on the phone was also very nice and professional, very friendly and courteous.

I just had the folks at Absolute Comfort install a new Bosch heat pump system. Having a large solar power install to power the Bosch system, I can't wait to start heating the house with electricity! No more PGE gas! The crew was prompt and courteous as always. Thanks!

Absolute Comfort recently completed the replacement of my HVAC system. My Trane system had failed after 18 years of service and parts needed for repairing it were no longer available. They replaced it with a high quality American Standard HVAC system. Just a couple of days before Thanksgiving, I had lost heat and called them in to repair my Trane system only to find out it could not be fixed. They were able to assemble the new equipment needed and started the replacement work on the Monday following Thanksgiving. The heating system was functional by the end of Monday and work was completed on the cooling system on Tuesday. The personnel were highly competent, courteous and maintained a well ordered workplace. The cleanup was complete. The pricing for this work was commensurate for high quality equipment and highly skilled personnel.

They were on time, answered my questions, did a thorough Job, even washed the the condenser coils and removed the leaves. (Something no one else has ever done) they had up to date technology to check all the different components, and sent me the results via text with pictures/records for each test.

Three weeks later, I was on Vacation and my neighbor called and the AC system was blowing hor air. I called Absolute and they sent a technician out right away. They checked the unit and determined a circuit breaker had failed due to high temperatures. It was something they could not test in thier checkup earlier. Since they had just serviced it there was no charge for the visit and diagnosis!

I had it replaced and everything has been fine since, even on 107+ degree days
