Acapulco Rock and Soil

If you need gravel, this place is totally fine. The delivery was timely; they did not call the morning of, as they said they would, but that did not bother me.

Lacks basic communication. No receipt automatically provided for a $2K+ transaction, and was told I'd be called with delivery timing specifics. I had to follow up myself multiple times and the delivery was still dropped at the curb without warning. Pretty basic stuff to communicate w/ customers.

Saw this bark put down on a beautiful front garden in my neighborhood in San Francisco just recently.

being the avid gardener that I am , I had to ask where they bought this bark as the color was so attractive!

I drove from San Francisco to Richmond, (well worth the drive). Fast and easy

Let me tell you ...I absolutely love this particular
"fir bark 1/4-1/8 inch. " . Spreads nicely goes along way.

You go up to the counter you order your bark, which is displayed on the floor.

Two very sweet young ladies at the counter are
very attentive , very polite .
after you pay , you drive around the back and they load it in for you.

It's the best out there !

forget Lowe's forget Home Depot this is the place to go for quality bark. You've got to see the fir . The color is outstanding. Again, goes a long way.

Price is higher than most big box stores but worth it!

Great customer service. Helpful even if you're landscaping a small area. Park in front , order then drive around.

Excellent soil and mulch, great people. Friendliness goes a long way; I have had super service. The soil is beautiful!

Terrible customer service. The only reason I bought anything from them is because the place with helpful people didn't have the stepping stones I wanted. They broke one of the stepping stones when they loaded it for me. I didn't notice until the landscaping was done and we started to put the stepping stones in. The store would only give a partial refund. They will not get my business again. The people are not helpful or friendly, and their return policy stinks.

My experience at Acapulco Rock and Soil was outstanding and I'm giving them a 5+ from start to finish. Both Customer Service and Delivery were professional.
Martin, who works on Sunday, made my rocks and pavers selection easy and pleasant. The delivery was on time as promised and the driver was professional as well. Now my backyard looks great thanks to Acapulco Rock and Soil.

I love these guys, and prefer them to the more -expensive neighbor down the street.

Under new management, so my review is still pending. The place does not seem as friendly now, but we shall see.
