Accurate Appliance Repair

When my oven stopped working, I contacted a few repair people via Yelp. Quickly I learned while it was an "emergency" to me, apparently, that did not matter to other repair people - nasty attitudes & too busy to deal with me. Then there was Nate! Nate responded in a timely manner, was so professional, and did not treat me like an idiot when I did not know the model number for my 20 year old Whirlpool oven. Nate was extremely patient, he was friendly, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. My repair was scheduled immediately, he showed up when he said he would and all pricing was upfront. Nate arrived, accessed the situation and the repair was done right then & there (no waiting for parts or coming back to complete) and it was SO much less than I had thought it would be!!! I will use Nate for myself and my rental in the future, should the need present itself. I would absolutely recommend ACCURATE APPLIANCE REPAIR to anyone in need of an excellent repair person. Quick, efficient, and great pricing.

Great experience. had an immediate response to my request, I think within an hour, and an appointment within two days. Nathan showed up right on time, was extremely nice and made us feel comfortable, was knowledgeable, efficient and got our stove repaired. He also alerted us to to some deeper electrical problems and on my request, shared a few names to try of reliable electricians he's had experience with to deal with it. Thank you-- again a very good experience and gets my highest recommendation.

Nathan was very responsive and knew right away what the problem was when we first conversed in a message on a Sunday night. He came out the next morning. He had the replacement part already for my dryer and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Even went further and made sure my vents were clear. Nathan replaced two washing machine hoses that had been chewed through by rodents without his having to order parts. He was able to find the right hoses on hand in his van and ran a cycle to make sure the issue was fixed and his fee was reasonable. A cheerful guy with a "can do" attitude. I would definitely call Nathan again for appliance repair.

Nathan was awesome. Explained the issue by text and he diagnosed it right away and gave some advice on what to try. Unfortunately for us, it wasn't a DYI fix and required repair, which he performed efficiently and exactly as quoted ahead of time.

Compared to another highly rated company I reached out to before Nathan, they wanted about half of what Nathan quoted for the repair just to come out and diagnose.

I am staying in an Airbnb and the oven igniter went out just before the holidays. I volunteered to assist the owner in finding a business to repair it. It's a 10 year old stove and oven so not everyone had the parts on hand. Well Nathan P. did. He was a true professional and gave a fair estimate and did a great job with the repair.
