Accurate Appliance

We have used Accurate appliance for many years. We own several rental properties and she always able to get us taken care of quickly
when we need something repaired or a new appliance delivered asap.
Jeannie is a very honest lady and knows her business. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends

The proprietor, Jeanne Matysiak, is a real gem and knows her appliances! Her grandfather opened the store in 1937, and it mostly caters to apartment dwellers and property managers. I came in here the other day looking for both a fridge and stove for my new apartment, and the selection was incredible. Everything was top of the line and outstanding.

The prices were *VERY* reasonable, considering the markup on appliances these days if you went to Sears, Home Depot or Lowe's. Most stoves I saw were between $300-700, and fridges ranged from $400-800.

Even though I did not make a purchase that day, you can bet I will be coming back to get what I originally intended. She and I talked/laughed for 20 minutes, and then she carefully explained to me the bells & whistles of what I needed. This woman is a consummate salesperson and enjoys what she does. So if you need a stove or fridge, Jeanne has got you covered!

It would help if they were around to answer their phone. Ive called a few times and no one there and no call back when I left a message. : (

It's really hard to get anyone there on the phone, or even a return phone call! I needed help now, and went to another appliance dealer instead.

Jeanne, the owner, is an honest, salt of the Earth person. I've been doing business with AA for over 30 years. Jeanne listens carefully to you to find out what you need and recommends the most cost-effective options. AA will let you know if it's worth repairing or replacing. If it needs repairing, AA can repair.

I completely agree, Jeanne Matysiak is very rare. She both knows her business and will take time to help you with questions and answers! They deliver and it really makes it easy to do business with a knowledgeable and reliable family business here in SF. Their prices are very good and they are dependable as well. Cannot recomend them enough!!!!!

These people are great. We looked all over for a Speed Queen (well-made in the U.S., not to mention ripe for lots of jokes in this town) and found ours here. They were full of information, their prices were great, and we love shopping at a locally-owned place that's been in the family for years. They mostly service apartment building managers -- so you KNOW that what they sell is solid, built to last. We weren't looking for lots of bells and whistles, but rather a washer dryer that could be used by four families and would last a long time. They arranged delivery by the friendliest delivery people you could want, and when they showed up with the requested electric dryer and we realized we had made a mistake and we actually needed a gas dryer, they charged us all of $30 to return that one and delivery a gas one, and they managed to get it for us the very next day. Their only down side? They're not on the web, at all -- old-fashioned in that way -- so you have to go down there -- but our fridge just dies, so we're headed down tomorrow morning to get a new one. No question about where we'll buy it.
