Lou provided exceptional repair service and customer service. He diagnosed our refrigerator's problem, communicated the problem, and explained the repair process. Lou underpromised and overdelivered: The part for our refrigerator had to be ordered, and he gave us a two-week turnaround time for repair. The refrigerator was repaired one week later. Lou is very personable and relatable. We highly recommend Lou for your appliance repair needs.

I called requesting a repair on an LG Refrigerator, and he told me 'no' because I could likely get the manufacturer to repair it at no cost to me, and told me how to go about getting that done. Super stand up guy! I appreciate his honesty and while I wasn't able to use his services this time, the next time I need help I will definitely go to him! Thank you!

Terrific service, reasonably priced! I have a good but aging GE Profile refrigerator that has been repaired twice by GE and it went back to not cooling the items in the refrigerator. I heard about Louis in the Good Neighbors of Lincoln and looked him up on Yelp. He responded immediately to my call, provided me with an incredible estimate of the costs the same day (half price of GE), and I had an appointment within a week. The repair was quick, he did a great job, and was incredibly pleasant, and also had a wonderful demeanor. This can't be said for the GE folks unfortunately. I will definitely be calling him again if I should ever need a repair on any of my appliances, and I encourage you to give him a call too if you need anything!

He replaced a microwave door which saved us $hundreds, and anchored our new dishwasher which I botched when I installed it. And he is now fixing our ice maker.

Louis was able to check out my refrigerator a few days early and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty ice maker, had and replaced the part (at a discount!!) and was done in no time.

We had our refrigerator go out while out of town. Came back to discover it. We have a home warranty that was supposed to cover it. ( just bought the house a few months ago. They gave us someone to call. When we called they said it would be a week before they could get to us.
