Ace Parking

Kinda rude, always yelling, you call ahead of times and sometimes the car is ready for you but other times it's not. Meh glad I went elsewhere

My experience was fine here! We always park here to go to Mensho Tokyo for ramen. $4 for 1hr parking with a sedan. There's a parking attendant but no gate. Go up the ramp through the entrance on the left. You can only park in the middle block for hourly/daily parking.

The second we pulled up to drop our car there was a man screaming at an employee. Turns out the employees lost the man's keys to his car and had absolutely nothing to say about it other than "oh sorry they must've been misplaced". Obviously my BF and I didn't want to go through the same thing so we went to go leave and the employee was rude as hell when we said we will take out business elsewhere. (Also, they have to keep your keys the whole time you're there.) WHY??? DO NOT GO HERE, HERE REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS-AND DAMAGE AND LOST KEYS.

So, parked here for a weekend away. $30.00 a night... so I thought. No, a Toyota RAV4 is an SUV surcharged as an oversized vehicle? Not on a list? The guy says AFTER we parked and picked up vehicle that it is $40.00 a night. This car is smaller than most sedans. I asked why, it is not oversized and doesn't take up more room. The answer... "it is an SUV". "I know it is smaller than my Honda, but it is an SUV". I hate the feeling of being ripped off. I will pay a price for service, but don't like feeling nickeled & dimed. They do not care about keeping a customer... Just wrong. We brought our small car because of parking.

There is nothing special here. No in & out privileges, they have tight spots, etc. The next door parking garage $30.00 with in & out privileges.

Oversized and SUV vehicles is $40 Flat rate good for 24 Hours..No in & out access on this garage. Early Bird is $8 until before 7pm..Come in between 6am-10am and it's Monday thru Friday.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We had parked here many times before. Our Nissan Pathfinder is now considered an SUV.. we assumed we could pay per hour once our day was up.( went past by one hour) NOT the case. Charged us an additional 40.00. 2 days cost us 80.00 for this lousy parking garage!!
Not to mention we were in the city for a fundraising event. I called and spoke to the manger politely and he could did nothing for us.

I used to have monthly parking herw over 2 years and got stolen all of my suffs from my car. There was no damaged on my car and door was unlocked, so i was wondering why door was unlocked because there was no spot to park in their space and i gace them key as their requist. I asked manager and owner to check security camera, but they refused for whatever reason need be. I had police report, but still reject to see vid of security camera. It makes me doubt them and manager Maron said, "DO NOT COME HERE AGAIN." Employees are good, but managers are horrible.

Do not park here. Police called me late at night as the attendant for some reason gave my keys to a thief and they committed a crime using my car. The staff have not contacted me since and my car is now in the police pound. I would have been better parking in the street.

My experience was fine. I made a reservation through ParkWhiz, and although I had trouble identifying the location (the sign says Towers 737, which I took for the address, so, I kept driving around the block, as every time I looked at other addresses, the were 700's), when I finally zeroed in on the garage, there was an attendant on hand for both the drop-off and the pickup. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced.

I give zero stars! They scratched my daughters mirror and just kept pointing fingers at other shifts. Nobody took responsibility for it. When I spoke with the guy in the am, he blamed the 3:30pm shift guy who in return blamed the shift after him.
