ACR solar installed our solar panels a year ago and we are delighted. Al Rich and his team are a pleasure to work with. He is an expert in the field and so willing to share his knowledge. It was a pleasure working with ACR Solar. The whole process was smooth and the transition to solar was seamless. My first year annual true up cost is under $10.

They did an excellent job. They are reasonably priced. Joseph Petersen was available every step of the way. He took pictures of the damaged wood & texted them to us. He also took pictures of the roof when they were placing the new shingles & underlayment mid way through the job.
We were informed every step of the way he promptly answered any questions. We felt at ease throughout the process.
Quality work at a reasonable price what more could we ask for.

These guys were recommended by a trusted friend who knows the business, but I got two other quotes anyway. They had the most competitive quote. I also had someone in the roofing business (too far away to work on our house) review the quote in detail. He said it covered everything we were going to need and that he could not beat it. So we went ahead and hired ACR to rip off our old roof shingles and install new ones.

The job went very well. Not only did they repair the areas where leaks had caused dry rot, they installed a system to ensure our gutters would never pull away from the eaves again which had been a chronic problem. And they replaced all the roof vents and added additional ones. They also coordinated their workflow with a solar PV company that had to remove our PV panels prior to the roof replacement and reinstall them afterwards. And they took care of all the permitting with the county.

The entire job, from the day the PV panels were removed until the roof was replaced and the PV panels were back up and functioning was 13 days. And when they were done, they actually issued us a refund of just over $1,000 because they had ordered more materials than they ended up needing.

This is a good company. I recommend them with no reservations.

Soo.... FINALLY I can post my review of ACR Solar (and Roofing). Understand I had to at least wait for a few good rains to say I LOVE my new roof and we are in fact "water proof"!

I have never been so impressed with the customer service of any company as much as I am with ACR. They did the solar for a new pool last year 2021 and it worked perfectly allowing us the most comfortable swimming experience in our new pool. That was last year... Next up our 25 year-old roof was looking tired.

Because of my solar experience with ACR's amazing staff (both in the field and in the office), I decided to get a bid (1 of 4) from them on a new roof this year (2022). Oh my gosh Joe Petersen runs a smooth, courteous, professional company with an awesome team of workers. Not one person was rude, lazy or "questionable".

I am one who asks MANY questions because I just like to know and understand "stuff". Joe was so very patient with me. (Thank you Joe, lol).
I always try to HIRE LOCAL whenever possible but get at least 3 bids regardless. This LOCAL company came in competitive, were pretty quick to get me on the schedule, and once the job began did not waste a bit of my time or theirs.

I originally contacted ACR Solar to provide an estimate for solar installation and a new roof. After reviewing my electrical usage versus the cost of solar, Kyle helped me decide that it would not be cost effective for me to install solar. The estimate they quoted for a new roof and gutters was below what I was quoted by other roofing companies, so I decided to go with them. The new roof and gutters look beautiful!! I am very happy with the work they did and recommend them highly to anyone looking for roofing work!

I called Joe, and he said he would on lunch time. When he came, the CEO and COO(Joe). Very good conversation and not aggressive. He introduce himself and Dave. Explain the issues. Joe and Dave got right on it from the attic and on the roof. I'm very relax. Customer service. Old school service. Tall gentleman make themselves fit right on the attic. Make the story short, they fixed the problem free of charge. I said what? They both said yes. That was i, and went on their marry way.they spent 1 hr. For free. Where do u see that. Had a roof leak which became evident during the recent rains.

Started working with Joe Peterson he was fantastic easy to work with straightforward and professional. He came out looked at the problem gave me an a solid estimate had a crew on there within a week and repaired the work.

I've worked with lots of contractors - Joe and the team from ACR were real professionals. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had solar installed on my primary residence a couple years ago. Am now having it installed on my vacation home. ACR Solar is an exceptional company with fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

ACR did an outstanding job on my solar system. From estimate to the quality of solar panels, inverter used, installation, and post installation follow up, they clearly communicated every step of the way and had various staff on their team specialized in these areas to handle these tasks. I had done a lot of research before selecting ACR to do my solar panels, as their reputation, reasonable price, and quality of service were unbeatable.

I had a scheduled appointment with ACR Solar for a roof inspection today. Unfortunately, they didn't show up, and there was no communication or notification about their absence. This experience was a significant waste of time for everyone involved. The lack of communication was especially disappointing.
