I dread dealing with appliance repairs but Jeremy made it pretty painless! My 3 yr old Whirlpool fridge decided to stop keeping our food cold. What a stressful thing trying to get all your stuff in ice chests and begging neighbors to take your freezer goods because of course we had made a Costco trip and had a loaded freezer. I called him about 5:00 pm and didn't expect to get anyone after leaving a message. He called me back within 2 minutes and asked many questions to try and pinpoint the problem. He even suggested a fix to try that would not cost me money- I thought that was a pretty good gesture! He came by the next afternoon and had the problem diagnosed and fixed with the hour and it was exactly the problem he thought it was and the price was exactly as he said it would be. Nice guy and very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jeremy for your appliance repairs!

This is the third time I've used Acutech for various appliance repairs. Jeremy was very prompt. He came out the same day I talked to him to diagnose the issue and give me a quote. Jeremy explained every step clearly and gave me options. He ordered the need part and came back out and fixed the issue in under an hour. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. Jeremy at Acutech is a total life-saver! In the past year he's had to fix my washer and drier. When my drier stopped working, I called Acutech, they came out in less than 24 hours, gave me a price quote, made the repairs in less than an hour and came in UNDER budget. I will only use these guys for appliance and home repairs. Jeremy said they also handle plumbing, too. Always great to hire Acutech!

We've used Jeremy several times for our fridge, washer and dryer. Recently, he came out multiple times to help us with a problematic dryer. He only charged us for 1 service charge and, after determining that a part he installed did not fix the problem, he refunded us the cost of that item. He's personable, honest, and fair.

My roommate woke me early to tell me our refrigerator of over 10 years stopped working. The first place I called didn't answer, and when I checked the website they didn't open til 10. So I searched the top 10 appliance repairs. Acutech was open. So I called from the website and Jeremy was able to come after his first appointment and then repaired my refrigerator before noon.

Reliable. Quick. Professional. Knowledgeable. I had a gas leak. PG&E came out and shut off my gas to my cooktop. I had another company come out and say nothing is wrong with my cook top. Needed a second opinion so I used the NextDoor app to get some recommendations from my neighbors. Everyone was raving about "Jeremy" So I gave him a call and asked how soon he could come out. Jeremy came out within 2 hours!! Diagnosed and serviced my stovetop in less than 1/2 hour. He Showed me the problem and walked me thru it every step of the way. I trusted him and his progressional opinion. Definitely saving his number!! He found the problem right away when another appliance repair guy looked at it less than 24 hours prior and said nothing is wrong with my appliance.

Jeremy came out and gave us a professional quick and fair estimate, was very friendly and on time. He had the parts and did very good work. He went above and beyond to say the least to get our REFRIGERATOR back in working condition. We also found out through conversation He was a jack of all trades and can do more than just appliances. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!

Jeremy really is GREAT. We have now had him help us out twice! Most recently he was able to diagnose and repair our fridge-what a lifesaver!! He called us back within a couple hours of our inquiry and scheduled us for his following working day! He arrived on time and super professional. He even had the part we needed on hand. It was the exact issue that he predicted just by us describing the issue over the phone. Excellent diagnostic skills! We also appreciated that he was respectful of our Covid fears as we do have a newborn baby at home.

My washing machine wasn't working. I called and left message. Jeremy called back in 5 minutes. Made appointment for afternoon. Showed up on time and repaired washer plus explained what was wrong. Great customer service.
