I took my 2014 Chevy Cruze here for a major transmission service because Carlos was highly recommended. The transmission work was done in a timely manner and I was extremely pleased with the car when I arrived to pick it up. Your customer service and friendliness are huge! [Wednesday late morning visit]

I've been experiencing tire pressure problems for a couple of months and decided to get it checked out by professionals. I found this shop by looking at the options on Google Maps. I found their website and filled out a contact form early in the morning. Within just a few hours, I was called to confirm what I needed to do with my car. I drove over and I took extra effort trying to find the actual location of the shop. Michael was the person that greeted me and quickly assisted me in checking in my car. I was provided an initial invoice and was told that $50 would be the cost if repairs need to be done. Michael told me that the process in general would be quick but it depends on if his mechanic can easily find the issue with the tire. I told him, I'll be in the area and he said he'll give me a call when things are ready. Grabbed some lunch nearby and right after I finished my last bite, Michael called me back saying my car is ready to pick up. I quickly returned and Michael showed me that the culprit of tire issue was a long screw that was logged in fairly quickly into my tire. I'm glad the repair was quick and cheap. I'll be driving on the road with a peace of mind and in safer circumstances. Thanks again Michael & crew. Will definitely take note of the shop for future car repair needs!

Last Friday had my mom with me buying groceries. Pulled into parking lot on Jackson near sanra clara. Took ashar turnto park in a space down the isle. I misjudged
cement devider and turned front and rear of the car over the cement scraping the exhaust parts that scraped the ground as I parked the car in a space.
Trying to find a tow through my insurance listing 3 options first ithought better find a shop that car can be brought to. First two calls no help then Ccalled Advanced Auto &Tire Carlos Barragan anwered. I was concerned holiday weekend car full of groceries my 80 year mom with me.
.Carlos suggested get the car to this shop.
They can evaluate the problem. 5pm almost 6. Got to shop, Carlos graciously offered to get my mom and I home as he was picking up parts. Such a kind gesture.
Put a .mnimal amount down for for eval I had pictures and estimate within an hour got back to shop they ordered parts it was safe to drive car till parts arrived A week later I return first thing they fix my car New parts installed and the balance of the bill was exactly what Carlos said it would be.This is the best service I have received and will bring my car back for any maintenance in the future. Carlos is very transparant with what they are doing and on top of communication. I am so happy to find such a great business and owner. Thank you Carlos.

What can i say, you guys are a lifesaver! my hummer had a puddle of coolant one morning & i aint have time to do the job myself due to my busy work schedule smh. HOWEVER! Carlos & his team here DONT MISS! Found the problem off a quick diagnostic & replaced my radiator, water pump, along with miscellaneous parts needed to complete the job in a matter of a few hours! these guys are quick, efficient, but definitely reliable folks! I appreciate you guys ten times! Thanks again for the awesome service!

Im very happy with Carlos and his work, I've been coming here for years even though he's not the closest to me because honest auto repair guys are hard to find. Carlos is honest, great customer service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here. I had to make an appointment beforehand because of Covid and there was no other customers there which was great! The appointment was easy to make on here too and they replied very fast with a quote. I went in for A/C repair and recharge and Carlos helped me and was very honest with me and broke everything down so I could understand because it's my first car! He also tried to help me program my non-working key without charging me for it but just to help me out :) he gave me honest advice too and he was very communicative and funny. It made me feel very welcome. Everything was pretty affordable too and every charge is transparent and very well detailed in the receipt. I definitely plan to come back here for any car troubles. I'd very much so recommend this place.

My Fiancé has been going to Carlos for years. So when it came time to do major maintenace on my car he set up an appointment here.

My 2009 Toyota Prius has over 120,000 miles. The start button had been acting up and the engine went from totally silent to a slight hum. He had my car for 4 days and when I got it back it ran like new and the starter problem was fixed.

It turns out it needed quite a few replacements and adjustments. For what we paid here the dealership would have just looked at our car. All of the adjustments would have cost us easily double or triple.

I also appreciated how communicative and honest he was about what the car needed. He broke down costs and told us what we could live without updating. So rare in a mechanic!

Great experience! I fixed my run-flat tire here for BMW. Carlos was my last chance, other businesses just declined my request and proposed to replace the tire.

Great experience with these guys. Had a tire start a slow leak late on my commute home and scrambled to find someone to take a look at try to patch it.

I showed up just before closing and these guys took care of me without batting an eye, did an excellent job, and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
