Advanced Integrated Pest Management

Due to my previous experience with AI Pest i decided to go back to them again to deal with this year wasp problems. This year the wasps decided to invade our backyard overhang within the cover rail system.
Zack came by texted me 30min on request (excellent for the headsup). Also inspected the area to see if there were any more wasps hives and did not see any and decided to treat the area.
AI thank you for another great service on wasp removal. The team responded to my request quickly and looked up times that might work for my schedule! Reasonable price also considering i did not have to deal with purchasing and spraying the wasps.

Keith was absolutely wonderful. He could find no fleas. So he put out traps and came back a week later to be sure there were no fleas which there were not. I was so thrilled. It turned out what I thought were bites were rashes. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. He was on time, thorough and so pleasant. If I do get fleas in the future, I will definitely call this company.

Unprofessional sales practices:The person who came to my yard for the initial visit insisted I had gophers and he pushed for me to sign up right then for their service. He said that they don't treat voles, they didn't guarantee their service but for a good chunk of change their service was the solution.

Two more vendors both said I have voles. I reached out to Advance Integrated Pest and asked for an explanation on why he said the problem was gophers when the majority of other vendors said the damage was from voles. I never received a reply.

Remain diligent! In the age of social media it makes no sense for misleading sales practices. I'd recommend avoiding this company since a sale was more important than being honest

Ants. So many ants. I hate ants so much. Maybe its the weather, maybe it the heat, I don't know but they just took over my house. Suddenly and over night.

I desperately searched Yelp and Advanced popped up as an option for ant treatment. I communicated through Yelp and scheduled them to come out and inspect and give me and estimate.

A technician, Arice, came out and met with my husband during the day. He found the nest. Yuck! Is there any more awful description than a "nest" of bugs. I'm so grossed out! They were under our upper patios ground cover. My husband said it was like an ant condominium association under there.

I chose the lesser of the treatment options. I figured that winter is coming and I usually don't have issues over the winter. One round of treatment should hold us over and if needed I can call them back. I've only had one other issues with ants and that was like 6 years ago. I'm hedging my bet that these instances of ins-ant-aty are few and far between.

The first round worked immediately. We only had a few stragglers. I hope they were desperately lost and alone before I killed them.

Anyway our tech came back around 10 days after the first round and finished the last of the treatment. Again there is not a hint of ants. We have had one or two instances of stragglers. I keep bleach spray handy to wipe down the surfaces now but I don't give it a second thought because they aren't taking over like they were.

If this happens again next year, you know who I'm calling.

Great service and communication. They did a great job doing clean up and preventative maintenance service I requested. They treated my exterior for spiders, ants and bugs. They are a great value and for the service I needed.
