If your looking for a pest control company that is honest, and truly cares about there customer, look no further! The owner is one of the nicest people I have met which to say the least is rare now a days! I would recommend this company to anyone that is need of pest control. Extremely professional and efficient. Came over the same day to check out bats in my chimney. The tech came out the next day and set up met traps. Bats were gone in 3 days! In the meantime before the technician came, a rat went in my garage. The technician set traps right away for me. Caught the rat in one day. Reasonable price, more than fair.

Jordan from IPM helped quote me for the job to remove a bird nest from my home as I was getting some small black bird mites coming into my home. He was able to get scheduled quickly and gave me a fair quote compared to competing vendors. Jordan was very accommodating as well because my wife didn't want it to get done too quickly( she wanted the little birdies to fly away first). We booked a reasonable time and Jorge was the tech that came to help remove and treat. He was on time and very respectful of how to access our property (especially needing a longer ladder to get to the bird nest) and updated us on the job. He did amazing to clean up, treat areas and repair the paint around the area where the bird nest was! Thanks Advanced IPM and look forward to contacting you guys again for other pest related issues. The payment was all done thru their portal and was easy with no hassle.

Advanced IPM reached out to my inquiry quickly and was able to schedule me for a free termite inspection the following day. Jordan came out and was very professional, kind and informative. He did a thorough inspection and reassured me that he didn't see any infestations that would be worth spraying. I greatly appreciate an honest company who values customer service and doing the right thing over making a quick dollar! I would definitely recommend, and will personally be using Advanced IPM for any pest control needs in the future.

Fantastic experience from the beginning. Advanced IPM was immediate to respond to my quote request and had someone out to look at things the same day. Our technician's name was Jairo, and he was awesome. Amazingly kind and knowledgeable. We had a pretty bad overnight ant infestation, and when he was done treating our house, it was like it never happened. One day there was literally thousands of ants in and around our house, the next day there wasn't an ant in sight. It was absolutely crazy to see how effective the treatments were. Aside from the great service, they were among the most competitively priced. Responsive. Respectful. Kind. Honest. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend these guys.

I rescheduled on them twice and got them confused with another company and told them never mind. Even in all the confusion, they were still so professional and nice. They came to my house to help me with a critter in my attic, but discovered termites that my previous termite company left untouched! Thanks, guys, for helping me with both issues. Informative/educational without any pressure.Did what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Second story chimney with solar panels cost a bit more, but that seemed fair.

Extremely professional and provided an appointment and quote very quickly! I got two quotes and both were competitive in pricing. I don't remember the guys name but he did an outstanding job at inspecting our home and definitely went above and beyond!
