Advanced Towing

I am very thankful for the great service provided by Esmat and his staff Naqeeb for helping to tow my car for 40+ miles from the East Bay to the South Bay.

Key aspects I am appreciative for:
- Easy to schedule an appointment (I needed towing the next day, not on the same day)
- Esmat was very friendly in answering all my questions over the phone.
- Naqeeb arrived to tow the car on time. He was very patient to help when I asked to have my car position at a specific way outside of my house (my car engine couldn't start).
- The initial quote was the final price. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- Payment was easy, to pay online.
- The electronic receipt was detailed, including my car's VIN number and the pick-up and drop-off locations -- information needed by my auto insurance for reimbursement purposes.

When you need a tow - nothing is more important than a responsive company and a professional driver. Stuck on New Years Eve and with in 15 minutes Esmat (sp) was on the scene.

No issues AND helped to physically push the car into a legal spot when he dropped off the car.

I had to tow my Lexus to my home in the Peninsula and Advanced Towing was very responsive. I contacted Estma and he set up a driver within the hour.

The driver was courteous, professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. I would use them again.

So rude. We were in an area where phone service was not the best. He was frustrated with me over it as if it was my fault. Directions weren't difficult as I get DoorDash deliveries here at work and have never had an issue. He was just an angry at everything. I felt as if I was back in retail service dealing with customers talking to him.
Update: he is upset and now is harassing me.

I had a flat tire on the driver rear. I thought I needed a tow, but Advanced Towing proved me wrong. With a quick chat via Yelp, a driver reached me and replaced my flat tire with a spare one.
The driver is friendly. The service is great.
I would highly recommend Advanced Towing to people who come across similar issues.

Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend. I called them many times about my car and they always answer.

PS the owner gave me a detailed receipt which I was able to submit to AAA for the claim and received full reimbursement.
