Advanced Trenchless

Advanced Trenchless gave us a reasonable price and schedule. They got here on time, set up and got right to work. Their workers did an excellent job of replacing our old pipes from the house out to the the street and when all was said and done they cleaned up and got pretty much everything back to "normal"

Very happy with the service and interaction with staff. I was having sewer clogging on a yearly basis. I had Advanced Trenchless come out and try to snake the clog and no luck. They recommended a hydro-jetting (a very pricey procedure) but had to get it done - to do camera inspection to see the problem. They recommended at some point to repair or replace the rooted pipes. At that time I couldn't justify a big expense. Hydro-jet lasted over six months and clog came back. A T did an inspection for free again and sewer main line was getting worse. So we went ahead with the trenchless procedure to replace the whole sewer line. They were kind enough to partially credit me what I spent on Hydro-jetting. They handled all the work permits. Work is done - Juan the foreman and his crew did a great job - very professional and kept me in the loop! I'm also delighted with the interactions I had with the office staff; Leah and Alexis. Very, very competitive pricing helped a lot. Will highly recommend them and will use them again in the distant future!

I recommend Nick of Advanced Trenchless for any sewer inspection and repairs. Nick did a fantastic job in locating the 4" offset issue between cast iron pipe and city clay pipe and made proper repair and cleaning of roots out to the city main. Nick and his team did quality work in a timely manner at the best value possible. Give Nick a call for any sewer inspection or issues.

I found out that they actively manage customer reviews by reaching out to what is perceived as unfavorable reviews. Maybe that is why their review rating more favorable than they should be? - 1 star to counter this effect.

They pointed out that they would not force the work upon the customers when they are on site and the on site quote is free. OK fine. I am sure also understand that the tenancy is that they would get the job when they are there already even though the price is higher. That may be a sound business practice, but something customers should keep in mind. So just be aware.

They also pointed out that not having the opportunity to be on site yielded a higher quote. Sounds reasonable. However, the job was very straightforward, simple, and clearly defined with photos of the work to be done. How complicate can replacing a kitchen faucet be in a track home? It is not a historical building with non standard plumbing nor a fancy home like the billionaires have. Maybe it is not the same as being onsite, but for small jobs, I can't really see what else they can glean out of being physically there.

To their point though, they quoted a range of up to 4 hours for the job. So theoretically, they could get it done in one hour and is therefore on par with other quotes. OK. Maybe they are honest and they are just sandbagging? +1 star to give them benefit of doubt.

You know what? The world is going the sh*ts. Let's be nice to each other. +1 star.

They are not set up for small jobs. Cost prohibitive!
No wonder why they are so reluctant to provide quote but try to just go on site and do the work.

Best of the best. When all other plumbers and sewer companies say that they can't get through the roots to clear the line, they CAN! I will never use another company for my main line and sewer needs.

Advanced Trenchless is a small family owned company that can take care of all your sewer lateral needs! My wife and I recently bought our first home, and within weeks we had a plumbing issue. We called a large name company to come help clean the line and they provided a camera inspection all for $500

Much to our disbelief, the quote for the sewer lateral was close to $35,000! After shopping around and doing a Yelp search we were lucky to find Advanced Trenchless! They came out, performed a free inspection and quoted us less than 25% of what the large named company quoted. Their quote also included the local permit fees from our city.

Leah, the office manager, was so responsive to calls when we needed answers and scheduled us in a very timely manner. The work crew that consisted of the foreman Luis and others on the crew like Brandon, Darrell, Edgar and Daniel are just good hard workers that are polite and finished the job in less than eight hours.

I couldn't say enough good things about this company, and will recommend them to friends in the future. Thank you Yelp for the info and thank you so much Advanced Trenchless for being a great company that gives fair prices and works hard for you...That's very hard to find these days!

The call nobody wants to make, right?...Not in this case.
I've got to say, Advanced Trenchless is locally the best in the business. Artie is such a friendly, knowledgeable guy with the customers best interest at heart. He's the best! Advanced Trenchless does a great job communicating transparently, candidly and honestly. Their rates are surprisingly reasonable, especially when compared to local competition- But the main focus is this: They get the job done, and they do it well. What else can you really ask for? They're awesome, don't worry next time you need to make "that call."

Since we purchased our home in 2019 we've had yearly issues with our old clay sewer pipes backing up. We recently had a bad backup that another pluming company wasn't able to clear. I reached out to Advanced trenchless to get an estimate for trenchless lateral. Nick confirmed that the pipes were severely backed up and possibly collapsed. My city offers reimbursement for qualifying new sewer lateral installs, which initially, I didn't qualify for. The office team offered to help us by getting Nick to come back to clear the clog and camera record the sewer line to verify it was collapsed, and sent the video to the sewer district on my behalf. After doing so the city ended up approving the reimbursement. This provided a substantial cost savings for us. Juan and his crew did an amazing job with our install. They completed the demolition, pipe install, and concrete install in less than 8 hours. They did clean work and made sure to leave the property the way it was before they showed up. The office communicates clearly, gave fair competitive pricing, and offer warranty behind the parts and labor. I'd definitely recommend Advanced Trenchless to anyone needing their services.

They figured out a couple of difficult projects for me that no one else could. Gene was super helpful.

They got the permits, dug a hole 6 feet deep in the right place, fixed the sewer line, video inspected the downstream line, got the inspector to approve the work, refilled the hole, and repaired the landscaping all in a little more than 4 hours. Very efficient. Great job.
