Had an amazing experience with the team at Advanced Trucks. Joseph walked me through all the various options , had great ideas and built a beautiful Bronco. Store manager Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service to make sure I was happy. They were very conscious about offering quality products at a very reasonable price point. I love my new rig!

I've been going to Advanced Trucks for a while now and their service and care for the customer is exceptional. I recently had my Rack and Pinion replaced on my Tacoma and the new one had failed after only 4 months on my truck. I took it back to Advanced and they took extremely well care of me not only getting the part warrantied, but they even covered the labor for getting it installed again. I will continue using them exclusively depending on my vehicle's needs for the foreseeable future.

Scott V.San Jose, CA130225Jul 6, 2023Had a great experience with Advanced Trucks working with Taylor, Mike, and Joseph. Mike was my initial contact and provided a fair quote to get my 2023 Bronco lifted 2.5" with a set of new 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers.
We ran into some issues when my OEM wheels had an odd factory offset causing the 35's to rub against the control arm, which was discovered during the quality control test drive after everything was installed.
At that point Mike had gone on vacation, however the transition to Taylor taking over was seamless. He recommended that I get new wheels instead of a wheel spacers as spacers adversely effect the longevity of the wheel bearings. I took his recommendation and he found me some budget friendly Method wheels that paired perfectly with the look of my Bronco.
Upon coming back for my 500 mile check up, I worked with Joseph, who was very knowledgeable. Since the tires I chose are very aggressive, he recommended that I rotate all 5 tires every 3000 miles in order to get the most use out of them as well as not causing too much wear and tear on everything else.
After all said and done, I was extremely happy with their professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality in their communication and execution of their services.
I would recommend Advanced Trucks if you looking to get things done the correct way at a competitive and fair price.

M. v.Hollister, CA13014925Nov 2, 2023Updated reviewDon't know why I've been thinking about this incident but I read the owners comment and I'd like to add that I had called and left messages prior to the accident to the young man who had been working there but had left that the truck was making clunking noises prior to the accident with no calls back. The part they used wasn't even approved for the the use.

Dear Michelle,
All of us at Advanced Trucks are truly sorry that you had this very unpleasant experience.
We are thankful the no one was hurt during your accident.
I would like to address your claim about are failure to take care of your truck.
You sent us an email on a Sunday February 11th 2018 with pictures of your truck and that you had an accident and that the wheel had fallen off your truck.
I immediately called you to see if you were all right. We spoke on the phone and agreed to have the truck towed to our shop on Monday morning for inspection.
Monday morning you called me to tell me that the truck was on its way and that your father had inspected it and said "it was a part failure and no fault of workmanship" You also explained that your father was a retired mechanic.
Upon the truck arriving at our shop, the first thing I saw is that the lower driver's side ball joint had sheared off. I personally have only seen this happen from an impact caused by an accident not just driving down the road. And that it was a part failure not related to workmanship.
I called the supplier that we purchased the part from and told them what had happened.
The supplier called the manufacture of the ball joint and they called me back to say they would be willing to take care of everything on your truck after they inspected the part.
The very next day, they were at our shop looking at your truck. And again, stated that they would be willing to take care of the bill to fix your truck. However, that they wanted to have a lab first inspect the part to see why it failed.
This makes sense to me, because no one truly knew what happened to your truck.
Please keep in mind, that the work that we preformed on your truck was 17 months and 7500 miles prior to your accident, long after our normally warranty period.
At that point, I called you with the good news that the supplier would cover your truck after their inspection.
You asked how long that would take. I said that I was not sure but, probably take a few weeks or so.
A few days later we spoke and you said that you needed your truck back much faster than that.
At that point, I made a suggestion to go through insurance, let the insurance company deal with the manufacture of the ball joint. I believed that would be the fastest way to get your truck fixed. After you call them, an adjuster would come to look at your truck and we could start on it right away.
When we hung up the phone you were going to let me know how you wanted to proceed.
A few days later a tow truck showed up to pick up your truck.
I understand that this was an unpleasant experience for you, and for that I apologize. However, in no way do I feel like we have not tried to help you with your truck.
I am under the impression that you have your truck back on the road now? I would like to offer you a free suspension inspection just to make sure everything under your truck is okay.

Pat Howard 408-782-6969Nov 30, 2018Previous reviewFinally got some info from insurance. They were able to recover half from the ball joint company (not Advanced Truck)/ Admitting partial liability. The parts used were not approved for modifications they said so they only paid for half.
Jun 17, 2018Previous reviewLiked the look and ride for less than 10,000 miles before it broke and I crashed. Advanced Truck wouldn't back up their work and fix it. Insurance said the ball joint sheared off. Probably overstretched from the lift. I expect, when I pay for service, that I'm getting a professional recommendation. So glad I don't go off road. I'd have been stuck with a rescue tow bill along with everything else.

Update : it's been less than 10,000 miles and here's where I am. I had hoped they'd take care of me as a customer but they asked me to use my insurance. I was happy up until it broke and I crashed.

Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable. Had then dial in my sons who was a new drivers jeep and they took special care and made sure everything was right. They also went the extra mile to update key parts that they noticed to make it safe a reliable and helped trouble shoot some complex problems that a normal shop would not have been able to do. Highly recommend.

Terri M.Gilroy, CA6112274346Mar 2, 2023I recently purchased a Toyota 4runner and needed to make sure I got my All Terrain Tires, lift and light-bar on before I was heading to the snow in Yosemite. I sent them a message on yelp saying that I wanted a 3" lift. Other businesses said I needed to figure out what kind I wanted, not really giving me the time of day. But Joseph told me to come on in anytime and he would help me figure out what I needed. He sat there with me going over what I use my vehicle for (Hollister hills, snow, mud, etc) and showed me the best options for what I needed and explained why and which lift does what. I showed him my old light bar I had on my previous vehicle and that it wasn't too bright... thats I needed something better to see in the mountains because I go to Tahoe and Yosemite frequently. He showed me a few bars that would fit my vehicle and one that was most frequently purchased. So I had him order the suspension lift and light-bar. He gave me a call when the parts were in and it took about 2 days to get everything done. My vehicle did great in the snow. Also... well.... I have received a lot of comments saying that people love my vehicle or that it looks "mean". Haha.
