I needed to have a first post warranty service for my Volvo and had to choose continued dealer service or someplace new. I definitely made the right choice. AE made me feel completely comfortable, and that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. They provided excellent, prompt service at a very reasonable price. Perfect communication and zero attempts to sell me something I didn't need.
I'll definitely be bringing my Volvo here for future service care!

AE is the only place I take my cars to in Santa Cruz. Tyler and Noah who are the main service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I've been bringing my cars to them for over 5 years and they have always done honest, good work.

There was an engine malfunction with our BMW X3 and we had to tow it from San Francisco to AE Motors. Jeremy, Noah, and Tyler were all so helpful and cooperative from the day we had to tow our car, they did everything they can to make sure my family was safe! I can't imagine what we would have done without them. They took in such a huge project for us to get the BMW running again, and throughout the whole process they were very responsive, kept me up to date on the progress, and made sure our daily lives weren't affected by losing our car while it was in repair.
I cannot recommend AE Motorsports enough! If you have any kind of car problem, they are the place to go!

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable service at fair price. Have serviced 2 cars here. They help you understand what service needs might come up next for your car. Makes me feel cared for and safe driving my car. I almost can't wait for something to break in my car, so that I can visit my favorite auto service in Santa Cruz! :D Driving a faithful Toyota, however, my visits are infrequent. They specialize in Asian and European cars.

I've had to go to AE for several repairs on my 2020 Audi Q5 over the last few years and they've made a painful process as easy as it can be. On one occasion they even pointed out that one of the repairs I brought to them should have been covered under my warranty and helped me connect with audi to get that repair done and covered by my warranty. Help and trustful group of guys. They also call you an uber to take you home once you drop off your car which I really appreciate.

I came here for my Toyota 4runner 30k mile checkup instead of the dealer. Saved over $200 and had amazing service and didn't feel any pressure to do more services. I will be coming here moving forward. My total bill was $300.

As an owner of a 1964 C10 with modern LS motor and running gear, it has been super hard to find anyone to work on it. I have literally called every place in Santa Cruz to no avail. That changed today! My truck wouldn't start, had to have it towed. They moved the ECU under my seat. Somehow the truck works again. Instead of charging me and saying they fixed it. They told me what they did and there was no charge! Honesty is a rarity in the auto repair world! Great customer service, super friendly! Will definitely be back. I highly recommend AE Motorsports!

My car has been vibrating a lot when stopped at a light for some time. I thought there might be a problem with the subframe bushing closest to the driver's seat because the bracket had been damaged on a curb and the bushing looked damaged when I replaced the bracket. They checked it out and found the real problem was the front motor mount. The quote for replacing that was reasonable. They had time left in the hour minimum charge so they checked my brake pads and other stuff, let me know they were OK.

I'm giving them a 5-star rating because they were honest and didn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs, their quote was reasonable, and they are familiar with the 5th generation Audis.
