Aegis Limo

where would i be without aegis? probably trying desperately to get to the airport, hitchhiking in the rain on market street, throwing money at anyone driving with an empty carseat and room for my family.

see, what they don't tell you when you have a kid is that getting to and from the airport all of a sudden gets really stressful. it's the law to have your kid in a carseat and it turns out that carseats don't come included in taxis or ride shares. sure, you can take all your luggage and your kid's luggage and your kid on the muni and then to the bart, but you have to save at least some of your sanity before you board the plane.

lo and behold, there is aegis limo. on request, a fancy towncar will pick you up at your house and IT COMES WITH A CAR SEAT. you just have to ask. and it's not much more expensive than a ride share.

aegis is awesome. we use them every time we go to the airport and it's one less thing to stress out about. call them.

Car was on time and the toddler car seat was ready upon airport pickup. However, the driver Phillip Huang was not a very great driver and was a bit reckless at times. Additionally, I'm currently 6.5 months pregnant and wanted to sit in the front passenger seat for comfort, but was told I couldn't because when I opened the door, the floor was filled with things/trash so I was unable to. The side passenger of the vehicle where I sat also had a bunch of trash/items and seemed unprofessional for a $150 car service.

The driver to the airport, Ray Wu, was great. Safe, personable, and was a great experience from start to finish and allowed my husband to sit in front so I could be comfortable in the back. Masks were worn at all times for both trips.

I love Aegis Limo! Super easy to book (via text). The cars and SUVs are clean. The drivers are early, helpful, friendly, etc. With two young kids, we can't just hop in a cab or Uber without carseat, and Aegis provides them by request. Aegis makes airport drop offs so much less stressful than hoping that Lyft or Uber will show up, or hoping we can get a parking spot at SFO and still make our flight. Highly recommend!

We've had a great experience each time with Aegis Limo--on time, communicative, with clean cars and friendly drivers. Especially recommended if you're traveling with little ones and need a car seat--they've got you covered!

We are long-time happy customers and I highly recommend them. They're prompt, reliable, friendly and thoughtful. I don't recommend getting yourself into a bind to see their service shine, but I will tell you that they have gotten me and my family out of more than a few binds...and with a smile.

Updating my review! I've been using Aegis Limo for a few years now. Always responsive and have never had any issues. Our family currently uses them for pick and drop off. Family friendly with the little ones and that's a big plus.

This personal driving service helped me get from SFO to the east bay late at night. Ray, the driver, contacted me the day before my flight and kept track of my arrival throughout the day. He was so polite and helpful. Found me at the door with no problem. He even contacted my daughter (who hired him) when I got in the car. Good driver, comfortable and clean car. Even if you don't need a driving service, do it for your mother!

These guys are the best. I've used them for years, they are always on time, reliable, and courteous. They are particularly great if you have kids who need car seats. They always have the right car seat setup based on what you request (I've had so many bad experiences with other services who can't get car seats right). I highly recommend Aegis Limo!
